This is the kind of country we live in, where the state has the right to not only underpay workers but also violate their rights and use force on unarmed civil servants, teachers for that matter 😏.
This is unacceptable ❌🇸🇿.

HOW LONG MUST EMA SWATI WAIT?
We are a small country.
We are a proud people.
We are not without potential.
Yet year after year:
• Young people graduate into unemployment
• Families struggle to make ends meet
• Opportunities remain out of reach for many
And still, we are given more plans, more frameworks, more announcements.
Let’s speak honestly:
Our problem is not potential.
Our problem is leadership that does not deliver at the level our people deserve.
How can a nation with so much promise continue to produce the same outcomes?
At what point do we say:
Enough explanations. Where is the progress?
This is not about politics.
This is about our future.
This is about dignity.
This is about the kind of country we are building.
QUESTION:
What must change now for emaSwati to finally see real progress in their daily lives?
If you believe Eswatini deserves better, share this.

Eswatini National Youth Council (ENYC) HAS BEEN MENTIONED AGAIN. BUT WHERE IS THE IMPACT?
Following the launch of the new Youth Development Framework, the Eswatini National Youth Council (ENYC) has once again been positioned as a key institution for youth empowerment.
But citizens must ask:
What has ENYC actually delivered?
For years, ENYC has existed to represent and advance the interests of young people.
Yet today:
• Youth unemployment remains extremely high
• Many young people are still excluded from real opportunities
• Access to programmes remains unclear or limited
There have also been ongoing public concerns over the years around governance, leadership stability, and accountability within the institution.
So the issue is not its mandate.
The issue is performance.
HARD QUESTIONS THAT MUST BE ANSWERED:
• What measurable impact has ENYC had on youth livelihoods?
• How are its programmes tracked and evaluated?
• How are leaders appointed, and based on what criteria?
• How are public funds accounted for?
• Who is responsible when results are not delivered?
Youth institutions must do more than exist.
They must deliver.
Young people do not need representation in theory.
They need results in reality.
The questions stands:
Young people, has ENYC made a real difference in your life or community?

Not another FRAMEWORK 😳?!?
How does this framework differ from previous youth initiatives, and what failed before?
And:
What has been the measurable outcome of previous youth programmes over the past 10–15 years, and how does this new framework correct those gaps?

ANOTHER YOUTH FRAMEWORK. WHERE ARE THE RESULTS?
Today, Government launched a new National Youth Development Framework aimed at improving coordination and addressing youth unemployment.
On paper, it sounds right.
But this is not new.
For over a decade, Eswatini has introduced:
• Youth policies
• Empowerment programmes
• Enterprise funds
• Employment initiatives
Yet today:
• Youth unemployment remains extremely high
• Thousands are not in education, employment, or training
• Many young people are surviving, not progressing
So let’s be clear:
The issue is not planning.
The issue is delivery.
If youth development has been a priority for years:
• Where are the sustainable jobs?
• What measurable impact have these programmes had?
• Why does the lived reality remain the same?
At some point, citizens must ask:
How many frameworks will it take to see real change?

We are shocked at the blatant misalignment between the Eswatini PM and his cabinet which was displayed in Parliament yesterday 😳.

Poor leadership has been keeping this country grounded and in a vicious cycle of confusion for at least 40 years 😏🇸🇿.

🇸🇿 Our nation is in crisis. Hospitals lack medicine, jobs are scarce, and leaders are silent.
MPs must show up and speak up.
Eswatini needs bold leadership, not empty seats.
We demand action, answers, and accountability.

Eswatini’s public hospitals are in crisis, crippled by drug shortages, broken equipment, and understaffing, while corruption and maladministration in the Ministry of Health drain resources. Ordinary citizens bear the brunt, denied basic care as taxpayer funds are misused. Nurses protest, patients suffer, and preventable deaths rise. This betrayal of public trust demands accountability. We must demand transparent budgeting, prioritize healthcare funding, and end the monarchy’s lavish spending. Good governance starts with a health system that serves all Swazis, not just the elite. Join us in calling for urgent reform!
