Too much screen time can quietly affect our children’s development.

When kids spend long hours on phones, tablets, YouTube, or TV, it can lead to:• Poor sleep• Difficulty concentrating• Less creativity and imagination• Mood swings and frustration• Less time playing, learning, and connecting with family

Children learn best when they play, explore, talk, and interact with people ,not just screens.

💡 Simple things parents can try:• Set daily screen time limits• No phones or tablets during meals• Encourage outdoor play and reading• Keep devices out of bedrooms at night• Supervise what children watch online
