⚠️ What Your Stool Can Tell You

It might feel uncomfortable to talk about…

But it can tell you a lot about your health.

🧠 What’s actually happening:

The color of your stool can reveal
where bleeding is coming from in your digestive system.

⚫ Black stool:

👉 Usually comes from higher up (stomach or small intestine)
👉 Blood is digested as it moves through
👉 Turns stool dark and tar-like

🔴 Red blood:

👉 Usually comes from lower down (colon or re**um)
👉 Blood hasn’t been digested
👉 Appears bright red

⚠️ Why this matters:

👉 Both can be signs of internal bleeding

Possible causes include:
• Ulcers
• Inflammation
• Polyps or tumors
• Hemorrhoids (sometimes benign)

💡 Bottom line:

👉 Stool color isn’t random

It can be an important warning sign

🚑 If you notice:
• Black stool
• Red blood
• Persistent changes

Get evaluated.
Asibulawa kwesaba kuya esibhedlela 🤝.
