تعرّفوا معنا على أحد منظّمي مؤتمر سفير تك، جمعية صناع السلام التنموية

صناع السلام هي منظمة غير حكومية أسسها ثلاثة عشر من الشباب السوري المؤمن ببناء السلام لتعمل في جميع أراضي الجمهورية العربية السورية. بدأ الثلاثة عشر مؤسسا العمل ضمن فريق صناع السلام منذ عام 2014 كفريق تطوعي فني جوّال بين المحافظات السورية لتصبح أول منظمة مسّجلة مقادة من قبل الشباب وتعمل على بناء السلام.

تعمل الجمعية كمنصة تنموية لتمكين وتفعيل دور الأفراد من مختلف الخلفيات ليكون لهم دور فاعل في بناء السلام وفق منهج التماسك المجتمعي والفن والتراث، عن طريق تأسيس فرق عمل مجتمعي، واطلاق فعاليات وحملات ومشاريع تنموية.

الرؤيا:
المساهمة في نشر ثقافة السلام في المجتمع السوري.

المهمة:
خلق مساحات وبيئات آمنة للشباب السوري ومنحهم أدوات مجتمعية وأدوات فنية تساعدهم ليكونوا أنوية لنشر سلام في المجتمعات المتنوعة.

الأهداف
1- نشر ثقافة السلام في المجتمع عن طريق الفن وبما يخدم كافة أفراد المجتمع من خلال المساهمة بتأسيس فرق مختصة من موسيقا، رسم، مسرح ... الخ
2- تمكين وتفعيل وبناء قدرات الشباب.
3- مجتمعات لديها فهم أعمق حول ثقافة الإرث والتراث السوري.

Peace Makers - Organizing Partner of "SAFIERR TECH"

Peace Makers is a non-governmental organization founded in 2014 by thirteen young Syrians. Then in 2016, they registered and expanded their operations across the Syrian Arab Republic as an artistic mobile team of volunteers spreading peace through art, to become the first registered youth-led and peacebuilding organization.

The association functions as a developmental platform empowering and enabling the role of individuals of different backgrounds to have an active role in establishing peace through social cohesion, artivism and heritage approach, through establishing community groups and launching social events, campaigns and developmental projects.

Vision:
Contributing in spreading the culture of peace in Syria.

Mission:
To create safe spaces and environments for Syrian youth and provide them with social and artistic tools, helping them be the nucleus of peace building in their different communities.

Objectives:
1- Spreading peace culture in society through art, serving all of society members by founding specialized teams in music, drawing and interactive theatre.
2- Empowering, enabling and building the capacity of youth.
3- Communities have a deeper understanding about Syrian culture and heritage.

جامعة اللاذقية (LU) جامعة حكومية مقرها مدينة اللاذقية (سابقاً جامعة تشرين) وتعتبر ثالث أكبر جامعة في سوريا. تأسست عام 1971 وهي تابعة لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. يبلغ عدد أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية
1789 وعدد الطلاب المسجلين فيها حالياً حوالي 94260 طالباً وطالبة، يدرسون في 18 كلية وثلاث معاهد عليا، تقدم حوالي 298 برنامجاً أكاديمياً: الاجازة الجامعية والماجستير والدكتوراه، والأبحاث المسجلة 2900. تُعد جامعة اللاذقية من أكثر المؤسسات التعليمية نشاطاً على المستوى الدولي في سوريا، وهي عضو في العديد من الشبكات والاتحادات الدولية، مثل اتحاد جامعات البحر الأبيض المتوسط(UNIMED)، واتحاد الجامعات

Get to know one of the organizers of SAFIERR Tech Conference, the distinguished and well-established university: Latakia University.

Latakia University (LU) is a public university based in Latakia city. It is formerly known as Tishreen University and is considered the third largest university in Syria. It was founded in 1971. It belongs to the Syrian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. There are about 1789 faculty teaching members in Latakia University and 94260 students currently enrolled at LU, studying in 18 faculties and three higher institutes that offer about 298 academic Bachelor’s Master’s and PhD programs. LU is considered one of the most internationally active institutions in Syria. It is a member of several international networks and unions such as UNIMED, AAU, IAU, FUIW and others. LU has also agreements and partnerships with about 09 European academic institutions, in addition to about 09 partnerships with local and Arab institutions.

Vision: A beacon of knowledge, a culture and human service that seeks to create generations of creators professionally qualified and nationally committed; contributing to the evolution of man, society and achieving sustainable development.

تُعدّ المؤسسة الألمانية-السورية للبحث العلمي ( DSFG ) منظمة ديناميكية ذات أثر عميق، تسعى إلى إعادة بناء وتطوير المشهد الأكاديمي والبحثي في سوريا من خلال شراكات استراتيجية مع ألمانيا ومؤسسات دولية. تعمل المؤسسة عند تقاطع دبلوماسية العلم، وبناء القدرات، والابتكار، حيث تطوّر وتنفّذ مبادرات تستجيب مباشرةً للتحديات البنيوية في التعليم العالي والبنية التحتية البحثية وإتاحة المعرفة.

من بين أبرز مبادراتها، تأتي مبادرة المكتبات الأكاديمية السورية (SALI)، التي تعالج أحد أهم التحديات في سوريا وهو محدودية الوصول إلى المصادر العلمية. من خلال توفير الوصول الرقمي إلى المجلات العلمية وقواعد البيانات والكتب، تُسهم (SALI) في تحسين جودة البحث العلمي وتعزيز التعليم القائم على الأدلة وربط المؤسسات السورية مجددًا بالمنظومة العلمية العالمية. إلى جانب ذلك، تركز شبكة الأكاديميات السوريات (SWAN) على تمكين المرأة في المجال الأكاديمي عبر برامج الإرشاد والتدريب القيادي وخلق بيئات مهنية آمنة، بما يساهم في معالجة التحديات المرتبطة بعدم المساواة والتمثيل المحدود.

يتعزز تأثير المؤسسة أيضاً من خلال منصات كبرى مثل SAFIERR ومنتدى العلوم العربي في ألمانيا (ASSG). يُعد SAFIERR منصة استراتيجية لإصلاح التعليم العالي، حيث يجمع صناع القرار والأكاديميين لتطوير رؤى وخطط عملية لتحديث المؤسسات وتعزيز الحوكمة والابتكار. أما ASSG فيُعزز التعاون العلمي العابر للحدود من خلال ربط الباحثين العرب والألمان وفتح آفاق لمشاريع بحثية مشتركة متعددة التخصصات.

The German-Syrian Research Foundation ( DSFG ) is a dynamic, impact-driven organization dedicated to rebuilding and transforming the Syrian academic and research landscape through strategic collaboration with German and international partners. At its core, DSFG operates at the intersection of science diplomacy, capacity building, and innovation, designing and implementing initiatives that respond directly to structural gaps in higher education, research infrastructure, and knowledge accessibility.

Among its flagship initiatives, the Syrian Academic Library Initiative (SALI) addresses one of the most critical bottlenecks in Syrian academia: access to scientific literature. By enabling digital and institutional access to journals, databases, and textbooks, SALI directly enhances research quality, supports evidence-based teaching, and reconnects Syrian institutions with the global scientific ecosystem. Complementing this, the Syrian Women Academic Network (SWAN) focuses on empowering women scholars through mentorship, leadership training, and safe professional spaces, tackling systemic barriers such as gender inequity, limited representation, and workplace challenges.
