✨ I had always dreamed of designing an interactive online quiz game for my conversation classes until I came across this powerful platform that made it possible!

🎮 The game is called Jeopardy, a game builder designed to make learning fun, interactive, and flexible. You can tailor your engaging activities to match your lesson objectives and reinforce your students’ prior knowledge.

For this session, I divided the categories into Grammar, Vocabulary, and Synonyms, and it was so much fun! 😍

💡 My girls in both teams did a fantastic job competing, and eventually, they won virtual money! 😁😂😍

When you love your job, you take full responsibility to deliver your best and never hesitate to share even the smallest piece of knowledge that crosses your mind during the lesson. This marks the end of the Academic Writing & IELTS Writing Course with two groups of Somali students who pursued knowledge with admirable determination, inner motivation, and a strong dedication to grow and glow. 🌱✨
I truly enjoyed teaching them and exchanging experiences, inspired by their astounding intellect and insight. Because I love teaching so deeply, I often encouraged them to imitate useful sentence structures during class. This was an effective step that helped them internalize grammar and build confidence in their writing. ✍️

We actually started from scratch, beginning with writing all types of sentences, then moving on to paragraphs, 📝 and finally ending with full essays. 📄

I will never forget them, and I know we will meet again in future courses. 💜

حابب تتمرن لحالك عالمحادثة بدون ما حدا يسمعك؟
💡يلا لشوف امسك موبايلك وابدأ سجِّل صوتك لوحدك.. احكي عن أي شي بتحبه وتستمع فيه لمدة دقيقة أو حتى أقل إن كانت صعبة بالبداية فقط.. اسمع تسجيلك مرة تانية وفكر بالتالي لتطوره:
❓بتقدر تقوم بتحسين مفرداتك؟؟ أي كلمة بتقدر تستبدلها بالكلمة يلي استخدمتها بالتسجيل؟؟ فكِّر على مهلك.. 😌
❓هل قمت بأي خطأ قواعدي ممكن تقدر تصححه؟ كيف رح تصححه؟ إذا ما بتقدر تقوم بهالشي، استعين بمتحدث إنكلش أصلي إذا بتعرف أحد ما، أو صديق بيعرف إنكلش وبتثق فيه، و هيك رح يقولولك أخطاءك و يساعدوك تتجنبها..
❓حكيت بطلاقة وبوضوح؟؟
❓كانت أفكارك قصيرة؟ كيف رح تقدر تعطي أفكار مُفصلة ومطوَّلة أكتر؟ (انتظروا مني بوست بيحكي بهالخصوص.)
💡 أخيراً، سجِّل صوتك مرة ثانية وثالثة وانت عم تحكي عن نفس الفكرة، بس هالمرة بثقة أكبر وبدون أخطاء.. ضل عم تمارس وتكرر حتى تطور قدراتك وتقتل المخاوف وتكون واثق أكتر.. 😉💪🏻
💡Pick up Your Phone and Record Your Voice: Talk about anything that interests you for one minute or less if it’s hard at the beginning. Listen to yourself again and think about the following:
❓Can you improve the vocabulary? Which words can you use instead of the ones you said?
Have you made any grammatical mistakes? How can you fix them? If you cannot tell, get feedback from a native speaker if you know someone, or from a friend you trust. They can tell you about your mistakes and help you to avoid them.
❓Did you speak fluently and clearly?
❓Were your ideas short? How can you extend them? (Expect a post about how to extend your answers.)
💡Finally, record your voice again talking about the same idea, but with more confidence and without mistakes. Keep practicing until you improve your skills and kill your fear! 😉💪🏻

Back again! 😊 Today, I’m going to tell you more about the journey of improving your English by consistently applying the simplest methods. 🤩
💡 Learn to Use : We agreed that after you learn a new word, you should use it in a full sentence. This way, you improve your fluency because you become comfortable with the natural flow of English. You also become able to express your thoughts clearly and smartly, and you can retain new words easily and use them correctly. answering with one word; please improve your language by using full sentences.. 💪🏻
💡 Write about Your : I still have my diary that I wrote many years ago! 😍 I remember I started by writing only simple sentences until I learned how to make them longer and more complex after practicing listening continuously or watching movies. Plus, I tried to apply what I had learned from my lectures. By focusing on the sentences while writing, I started saying what I had written in front of the mirror, which enhanced my accuracy and fluency. Of course, you need to do that repeatedly and for a long time. In short, use what you’ve learned .

رجعنا من جديد 😊 اليوم رح أتابع معكن رحلة تطوير لغتكم الانكليزية عبر تطبيق أبسط الطرق بشكل متواصل ومستمر. 🤩
💡 تعلَّم تشكيل #جُمل #كاملة: بالبوست السابق، اتفقنا إنو بعد ما تتعلم كلمة جديدة، عليك تستخدمها بجملة كاملة.. بهي الطريقة رح تتمكن من تطوير الطلاقة لأنك رح تكون واثق ومرتاح أكتر وانت عم تستخدم اللغة بسياق طبيعي.. رح تقدر كمان تعبِّر عن أفكارك بشكل واضح وذكي و رح تتمكن من تذكر المفردات الجديدة بطريقة أسهل و تستعملهم بالسياق الصحيح.. #لا #تقبل أبداً تجاوبني بكلمة وحدة.. لا ترضى تطور من لغتك إلا باستخدام جمل كاملة.. 💪🏻
💡 اكتب #مذكَّراتك اليومية: لحد الآن أنا محتفظة بمذكراتي يلي كنت أكتبها من سنين 😍 لهلأ بتذكر كيف بدأت بكتابة الجمل البسيطة حتى تعلمت كيف أعبّر عن أفكاري بجمل أطول و استخدام جمل معقدة أكثر، و هالشي صار بعد التدريب على الاستماع بشكل متواصل أو مشاهدة الأفلام.. قمت بتحسين جُملي بعد ما حاولت تطبيق كل ما تعلمته بمحاضراتي بالجامعة.. من خلال تركيزي على الجمل أثناء الكتابة، بدأت أمارس يلي كتبته بالمحادثة إدام المراية، الأمر يلي طوّر الدقة في القواعد والطلاقة معاً مع الاستمرار بهالطريقة لوقت طويل.. باختصار، استخدم وطبِّق كل شي بتتعلمه بشكل #فوري #ومباشر.

As I promised you, I’m going to discuss effective solutions to overcome the challenges you face while learning your favorite language:
🪄 for 5 Minutes Every Day: It can be a song, podcast, story, etc.
🪄 Write New : Get a lovely notebook and start writing down new vocabulary that you've learned from any resource. You can also write them on sticky notes to read every day. Use these words in sentences, so you can recall them easily. This way, you're using a sentence, not just a word! 😉
🪄 Start as Soon as Possible: Engage yourself in conversations with someone you feel comfortable with. They can correct your mistakes while talking.
🪄 Talk in Front of the : Do it for 1 to 2 minutes every day, and talk about anything you watched or heard. This will boost your confidence a lot as you are doing that by yourself, so you will get ready to talk in front of people.
(I started learning English when I was 17! 😄 Talking in front of the mirror was my favorite technique. I used to spend a long time talking to myself about my day and my family and friends, and the result was terrific!) 🤩
Consistency is the key! Start now, my friends. Be patient and remember to practice, practice, practice! 💜
متل ما وعدتكم، اليوم رح أحكي عن أهم الحلول يلي رح تساعدكم تتغلبوا على كل التحديات يلي عم تواجهوها بدراسة لغتكم المفضلة:
🪄 #استمع لمدة ٥ دقائق يومياً: ممكن تكون غنية بتحبها، بودكاست، قصة قصيرة...إلخ.
🪄 اكتب #مفردات جديدة: اشتري دفتر جديد، وابدأ سجّل فيه كل كلمة جديدة تعلمتها من أي مصدر.. (الأغنية أو البودكاست أو القصة..) ممكن تكتبن على ورق ملاحظات لاصق لحتى تشوفن وتقرأهم كل يوم.. ولا تنسى تستخدم المفردات ضمن سياق وجُمل حتى تقدر تتذكرهم بشكل أسهل.. (هيك انت حكيت جملة، مو بس كلمة..) 😉
🪄 ابدأ #بالمحادثة في أقرب وقت ممكن: شارك بمحادثات مع شخص بتشعر بالراحة والثقة معه.. ممكن هالشخص يقوم بتصحيح أخطاءك أثناء المحادثة.
🪄 مارس المحادثة إدام #المراية: ممكن تجربها لمدة دقيقة إلى دقيقتين يومياً، وتجرب تحكي عن أي شي سمعته أو شاهدته.. هي الطريقة رح تزيد ثقتك بنفسك بشكل عالي وانت عم تقوم فيها لوحدك، ورح تساعدك تكون مستعد لتحكي أمام الآخرين..
(أنا بدأت بتعلم اللغة لما كان عمري ١٧.. 😄 والمحادثة إدام المراية كان طريقتي المفضلة جداً.. بتذكر كنت أقضي وقت طويل وأنا عم أحكي لحالي عن يومي، أهلي ورفقاتي، والنتيجة كانت رائعة وفعّالة جداً..) 🤩
بالنهاية الاستمرارية هي السر.. هي الحل الأساسي.. بدي منكن البداية من هلأ بدون تأخير.. اصبروا شوي وتذكروا الممارسة والممارسة والممارسة بدون ملل أو توقف.. 💪🏻
فكرتوني انتهيت؟؟ أكيد لا! 😉 انتظروني بحلول قادمة و هلأ صار دوركن تحكولنا شو الطرق يلي بتتبعوها لتمارسوا اللغة بشغف.. 💜

“I understand every single word you say, but I don’t know how to reply or speak like you!” 😓

A lot of English students mention this problem in particular to me, and this is the number one problem I’ve noticed throughout my experience.. The reasons could be because of:
🛑 Lack of Practice: It’s evident that you practice listening and reading more than speaking.
🛑 Limited Vocabulary: You don’t have a large enough vocabulary bank for the time being, and hence, it’s hard for you to express your thoughts effectively.
🛑 Fear of Making Mistakes: You might fear being judged in front of your peers or getting embarrassed, and this hinders your progress.
🛑 Pronunciation Challenges: Pronunciation can be challenging at the beginning, especially if the sounds don’t exist in your native language.

"أنا عم أفهم كل كلمة عم تقوليها، لكن ما عم أعرف كيف جاوبك أو أحكي متلك.." 😓

كتير طلاب بيعانوا من هالمشكلة بالتحديد، و الحقيقة هي المشكلة بالدرجة الأولى يلي عم لاحظها بطلابي من خلال خبرتي، و بهالبوست رح خبركن عن أهم الأسباب وراء هالمشكلة و يلي هنن:
🛑 قلة التدريب: كما هو واضح بالنسبة إلي، الطلاب يلي بواجهوا هالمشكلة بمارسوا الاستماع والقراءة أكتر من المحادثة.
🛑 قلة مخزون المفردات: الحقيقة إنو حالياً ما عندك حصيلة مفردات كبيرة، لذلك من الصعب عليك تعبّر عن أفكارك بشكل فعّال..
🛑 الخوف من ارتكاب الأخطاء: على الأغلب أنك بتقلق من الإحراج أمام رفقاتك أو تفكر أنهم رح يحكموا إنك ما بتعرف تحكي إنكلش، بالوقت يلي كلكم بتكونوا بنفس المرحلة والمستوى، وهالأمر يُعيق تقدمك..
🛑 تحديات اللفظ: اللفظ ممكن يكون صعب فقط في البداية، خصوصاً إذا الأصوات في اللغة الجديدة غير موجودة في لغتك الأم..
