St. Paul's School, Panapuoth - Aweil East County, NBGS.

This morning the first term examination kick off at St. Paul's Nursery, Primary and Secondary School.

The bishop commissary who double as the Provost of St. Paul's Cathedral the very Rev. Canon William Manut Akot accompanied by the Rev. canon David Deng the Diocesan Mission coordinator and Dr. James Bol the Diocesan Health Coordinator went to the school to pray for pupils and students and also encourage them to face the exam with courage and confidence.

The team was welcomed by the School principal Ustaz Joseph Garang Akoon who expressed his gratitude for the visit extended to the school by the administration of the Diocese.

The meeting was attended by Diocesan administrative secretary for the Episcopal diocese of Wanyjok Mr. Luka Lual Lual Ngong.

SSFA drops ‘local’ from names of affiliate football associations

The South Sudan Football Federation (SSFF) has officially scrapped the use of the word “local” in the names of its affiliated football associations across the country.

This means associations will no longer be referred to as “Local Football Associations” but simply as “Football Associations.” For example, Juba Local Football Association will now be known as Juba Football Association.

The decision was announced during the SSFF’s 9th Ordinary General Assembly held in Juba, where delegates from across the country adopted a range of structural and administrative changes to align with international standards.

The 16 recognized affiliate football associations are as follows:
1. Juba Football Association (JFA)
2. Yei Football Association (YFA)
3. Yambio Football Association (YFA)
4. Torit Football Association (TFA)
5. Bentiu Football Association (BFA)
6. Malakal Football Association (MFA)
7. Bor Football Association (BFA)
8. Kuajok Football Association (KFA)
9. Wau Football Association (WFA)
10. Raja Football Association (RFA)
11. Rumbek Football Association (RFA)
12. Aweil Football Association (AFA)
13. Melut Football Association (MFA)
14. Abyei Football Association (AFA)
15. Renk Football Association (RFA)
16. Nasir Football Association (NRA)

The rebranding is part of broader reforms aimed at enhancing the visibility and professionalism of football administration at the grassroots level.

St. Paul 's nursery, primary and secondary school participated on the planting of mangoes tree at it school premises Pan Apuoth.

We are thankful with Christian initiative for restoration and development agency CIRDA for donation of mangoes trees.
Another big thank you to the teachers of school and parents as well as PTA.
