Delta High School from Wau, Western Bahr El Ghazal State registered it teams for Martyrs Debate Championship that's happening on 29th - 30th July 2026 in Kuajok, Warrap State

The finalist of South Sudan Debaters contest in Western Bahr El-Ghazal State is ready to travel to Kuajok on 28th July to showcase it potential in the tournament that's organised to recognise and appreciate the sacrifices made by Martyrs during the liberation struggle for the independence of South Sudan

The school debate is considering Martyrs Debate championship as a forum to strengthen its debate team before travelling to Juba for the National Debate Championship that's scheduled to 6th - 11th September 2026 in St Mary's Academy

Today, our great debate patron Tr. Akook Awich posed for a picture with TBA Chief Coordinator, Mr. Angelo Chiwer Longar, after we officially registered for the upcoming TBA Matyrs Debate Championship in Kuajok.

The debate giants are having sleepless moments. We meet there!

REGISTRATION UPDATE | MARTYRS DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIP 2026

The momentum continues!

Today, Delta High School – Wau officially registered one debate team, while Standard Nursery and Primary School – Wau registered two debate teams for the upcoming TBA Martyrs Debate Championship.

The championship will be held in Kuajok, bringing together talented young debaters from across the region to showcase critical thinking, public speaking, and leadership skills.

Congratulations to both schools for taking this important step. We look forward to welcoming your teams to an exciting and competitive championship.
