Teachers' salaries in private schools.
With profound gratitude, we are hereby asking administration and management of private schools to respect the contracts and give salaries of march to all teachers without fail or any money cut.
Our team have spotted out that schools' management and administration are likely to change their minds and decline to make payment for march and the research pointed out that school management said that teachers didn't teach fully in march 2024 therefore they don't deserve full month payment
Teachers Without Borders Association -TBA is hereby pointing the truth to all school management and administration.
1. Heatwaves break is a national disaster and teachers didn't refuse to teach .
it was keenly observed by ministry of environment and forestry and besides ministry of health,ministry of general education and instruction decided to close all schools
2. Holidays are always paid for as being stipulated by the ministry of labour therefore teachers deserve full payment .
Cutting salaries always demoralise teachers as they execute their duties hence leads to low quality and productivity
3. Teachers have families who are depending on them for survival and cutting their salaries will be disastrous to their families in this economic hardship hence teachers move to other professions that are well paid for the survival of their families.
● Teachers have been threatened to be sacked or fired upon asking their rights and we quote this statement " if you think this salary is small, then resign and go to your institution of your choice"
We are asking school management and administration to prioritize teachers welfare for the prosperity of their schools as well as victory against illiteracy in South Sudan.
Teachers deserve better treatment for better future
