Overview
Elite Kindergarten and Primary School is a pro-profit private school recognized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in the Republic of South Sudan. The school commenced its operation in March 2014 in Gurei West in Juba. The school started with 63 pupils, mainly kindergarten and lower primary kids, but it rapidly grew to almost 200 pupils by 2015. Elite Kindergarten and Pr

imary School is on a 75 x 90 meters of land. The school started with the construction of one classroom at the kindergarten level and four classrooms at the primary level in two separate blocks. The Management is planning to expand the school in the near future to accommodate the growing number of pupils. This expansion will include the starting of the upper primary school. Implementation of Elite Kindergarten and Primary School strategy involves a number of stakeholders: the Board of Directors, the Parent Teachers Association (PTA), and the School Management, all working to provide our pupils with a highly beneficial learning experience. Since Elite Kindergarten and Primary School is a for-profit school, it allows the buying of shares. It started with four shareholders and it is planning to sell more shares in the future. Elite Kindergarten and Primary School was founded for two reasons. The first reason was that there were fewer kindergarten and primary schools in Gurei West and the population of the area was growing. The second reason was that standards of the existing schools did not satisfy the founders who are parents with children of such school age. Many parents in Gurei West were taking their children to other areas in Juba and even outside South Sudan to get standard education. For these reasons, the founders decided that they should start a private school that should be managed with the sense of ownership, since schools that belong to the government and those that are non-profit are mostly managed as if they belong to somebody else. That is why their standards are often not satisfying to parents who want standard education for their children. We believe that kindergarten and primary schools are very important in shaping the intellectual future of children. They should give “holistic foundations” that lead to academic success in every stage of a child’s education. Since our focus is to nurture each child to discover his or her innate talents, we hire teachers who have the potential of meeting this goal. Elite Kindergarten and Primary School provides education based on communal and individual values, which reflect the African cultural heritage and the school’s standards. Because of this, Elite Kindergarten and Primary School has a strong organizational and management structure that promotes its goal and propels it to achieve its vision and mission. Elite Kindergarten and Primary School will achieve its core objectives by providing appropriate facilities for teaching and learning, hiring exceptional national and international teachers, developing long standing relationships with parents and the general community and increase pupils’ holistic learning experience.

Elite Kindergarten and Primary School - Juba, will celebrate it 10th anniversary on March 14, 2024 with progressive records from 67 > 400 pupils and employment from 7 > 25 teachers respectively.

Now, P 1- 4 enjoy new environment. Much appreciated to board members and management team for tremendous effort.

Following 30 days school closure by the government due to Corona Virus, COVID-19 pandemic.

We shall subsequently send our children home on monday, March 23, 2020.

The management of Elite Kindergarten and Primary School remain vigilance and plans to set up preventive measures that need to be observe by our pupils when they come back for end pf term examinations.

Elite Kindergaten and Primary School welcomed the new P.T.A body which was elected yesterday February 29, 2020.
The body comprised of 9 members and chaired by Brig. Gen. Ramzi Mabor Dongrin (who is in white Kaunda suits in the taged photo).
Out of 9 members, 4 women paticipated too, making 44%. of the body.
P..T.A will play oversight roll on school management, school community (pupils) and fmailies who registered their children in Elite Kindergarten and Primary School.

And last 5 candidates obtained 73 79% respectively.
