Junub Academy Digital Learning platform Zero-rated by MTN South Sudan

MTN South Sudan, Educare Organization and the national Ministry of General Education and Instruction (MoGEI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for zero-rating Junub Academy learning platform. In support to digital education in South Sudan, MTN has offered to Zero-rate Junub Academy learning platform to provide internet free access to learning content for the learners.

Junub Academy, a national learning platform developed, managed and owned by Educare South Sudan has been Zero-rated by the MTN to provide free access to learning resources without the internet bundles cost from the learners. With this, learners shall have 24/7 free access to Junub Academy learning content. This is a huge support to education and all learners across South Sudan, we can't thank MTN enough for this great offer and support to digital education in the Republic of South Sudan.

Educare is devoted to providing learning opportunities to learners across the country through digital inclusion, leaving no learner behind. With this zero-rating of Junub Academy, learners shall be walking with a classroom in their pockets and continue learning anytime, anywhere in South Sudan. To all learners, your continued and uninterrupted learning starts here.

Educare E-learning Team Signs MoU with Warrap State Ministry of General Education and Instructions in Kuajok

Kuajok, May 26, 2025 In a significant stride toward enhancing education delivery, the Educare E-learning program has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Warrap State Ministry of General Education and Instructions in Kuajok.

The delegation, dispatched from Juba, visited Warrap State to assess the challenges facing learners, teachers, and the overall education system. After a comprehensive evaluation, the team affirmed the need for innovative interventions and entered into an agreement with the state government to bolster educational support.

Led by Ustaz William Anyuon Madut Deng, the Educare team highlighted the Ministry's unwavering dedication to delivering quality education. Ustaz William emphasized the critical role of collaboration in empowering both learners and teachers through modern digital learning tools and professional development initiatives.

โ€œThe partnership reflects our shared vision to ensure that every child and teacher in Warrap has access to quality education,โ€ said Ustaz William. โ€œWe believe this collaboration will transform learning experiences and outcomes across the state.โ€

The MoU was formally signed by Molana Solomon Bol Mabior, the Warrap State Minister of General Education and Instructions, and Ustaz William Anyuon Madut Deng, representing Educare E-learning. The signing ceremony marks a pivotal moment in efforts to prioritize childrenโ€™s right to education, support educators, and eradicate illiteracy in the region.

Minister Solomon Bol Mabior commended the initiative, calling it a timely and vital intervention in strengthening the education sector. โ€œThis MoU represents our strong commitment to ensuring education reaches every corner of our state and that no learner is left behind,โ€ he stated.

The agreement paves the way for increased cooperation in capacity building, digital education content delivery, and continuous monitoring of education standards across Warrap State.
