DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that I announce the death of our hero son, .

Malual was tragically killed last night during an attack in Twic County, Warrap State by armed youth from the Nuer community.

Malual was a brave son of Twic. His life was cut short too soon. To his family, relatives, and all who loved him: I share in your pain. No words can heal this wound, but please know you are not alone. Twic stands with you in grief.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire family and relatives of Malual Deng Maawut.
May God comfort you, strengthen you, and give you peace in this dark moment.

Shining for Christ in His Youth: The Life and Service of Elder Abraham Akeen Akech

Elder Abraham Akeen Akech is a good young man whose life continues to reflect the beauty of faithful discipleship. He began his journey of faith in 2014, and from that first step of surrender, he has walked consistently in devotion to God and service to His people. His conversion was not merely a moment, but the beginning of a life yielded to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

With a faithful heart and steady service, Elder Abraham has been a blessing to the Seventh-day Adventist Church and to all who know him. As an active member, he carries the light of Christ through every act of kindness, every word of encouragement, and every hour he gives to the work of the ministry. His commitment demonstrates that true discipleship is revealed in love, humility, and unwavering dedication to God’s calling. He does not serve for recognition, but because his life is anchored in the desire to glorify his Saviour.

His record of service includes ordination and faithful labor as Second Grade Elder at Khartoum Jadid SDA Church. In that sacred responsibility, he exercised spiritual leadership with wisdom, order, and pastoral care. He supported the pastor, nurtured the congregation, and upheld the standards of the church with integrity. Even beyond that role, his influence has remained constant and uplifting.

The Kuajok Adventist Media family sees his example and gives thanks to God for the impact of his life. Elder Abraham labors to strengthen worship, to support the brethren, and to open doors for others to encounter the gospel. His hands are always ready to serve, his spirit is always willing to share hope, and his conduct consistently points many hearts toward Christ. He is a man of quiet strength, whose life preaches more loudly than words.

May God continue to strengthen Elder Abraham Akeen Akech, guide his steps, and pour out His grace upon every effort he makes for His kingdom. May the peace of God guard his mind, the joy of the Lord fill his home, and the Spirit of God empower him daily for greater service. We honor him, we appreciate him, and we pray that the Lord will keep doing His good work through him for many years to come.

The members of KUAJOK CENTRAL SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH would like to express their heartfelt appreciation and sincere gratitude to PASTOR SIMON AKOON, Stewardship Director of Greater Bahr El Ghazal Field, and Elder JOHN NGONG ATAK, Treasurer of Greater Bahr El Ghazal Field, for their blessed visit and inspiring teachings.

We were truly honored and delighted by your presence among us. PASTOR SIMON AKOON shared a powerful message on Stewardship, reminding us of our duty to be faithful stewards of all that God has entrusted to us. ELDER JOHN NGONG ATAK also gave valuable teachings on Treasury, helping the church members understand the importance of faithfulness, accountability, and commitment in supporting the work of God.
