Pictorial: Today, the CEO of the Berberi's Academy for Training and Learning met David Uku, Director of the Derik Cultural Festival (DCF) and the team of the Organizing Committee to discuss 2025 activities of the DCF.

‎ The theme of the festival this year is “ Women of South Sudan: A legacy of struggle and inspiration”. Dr Salwa Berberi was chosen by the Organizing Committee as the "personality of the year 2025"--for her relentless contribution to foreign affairs, diplomacy and women empowerment in South Sudan.

‎With great humility and gratitude to the DCF team, Dr. Salwa accepted the nomination.

‎The academy equally welcomes this precarious recognition in this category and congratulates Dr. Salwa upon her nomination. We wish her all the best in her next stage of this nomination.

Pictorial: Last Saturday, the CEO/founder of Berberi's Academy for Training and Learning tagged in post had a meeting with Hon. Ambassador, Monday Kumba, National Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The CEO of BATL congratulated him on his appointment as the minister in charge of the Foreign Affairs Portfolio of the Republic of South Sudan. The two discussed the current state of foreign relations and issues of general and public concern. Moreover, the duo considered issues of collaboration and mutual interest between the Academy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperations.

Pictorial: Today the BATL CEO/Founder met Hon. Michael Makuei Lueth, National Minister of Information, Communication and Postal Services and Spokesperson of the RTGONU. The two discussed how to expand areas of collaborations between the Academy and the Ministry.

Late last year, the Academy trained eighty (80) junior and mid-ranking staff of the National Communication Authority (NCA), a parastatal under the Ministry of Information, Communication and Postal Services on Workflow Management System and Special English on Official Use with Emphasis on Writing Skills.
