Chair-lady Adior Deng Acuil & her Executive boldly initiated the plan for Graduation Ceremony to inspire‚ and encourage our brothers and sisters who barely remain stranded back‚ got no plan in pursuance of further studies. SUBJECT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ELECTION DAY.

This information serves to remind the aspiring Candidates and members of Amuol Gemdit Students' Association in Various Universities and Higher Learning institutions (AGSAUI) in Juba that the election day falls on Saturday 19th July, 2025 and the registration of voters will be on date 18th July, 2025 before the election day.

Therefore, Candidates are asked to delegate their campaign managers to come and witness the registration process.

Requirements:

Each and every member is asked to present his/her University Identity card (ID card) or University registration form attached together with the bank payment receipt from recognized University or Institution during the registration and the election day.

Members and non- members without recognized documents are not eligible to vote.

Venue: Akuar Athokbeek youth center, Gudele bouba.

Date: 18th July, 2025 for registration and 19th July, 2025 for election.

Time: 8:00 Am and 10:00Am respectively.

SUBJECT: DECLARATION OF TERM LIMIT AND INVITATION OF INTERESTED CANDIDATES.

Dear members of Amuol Gemdit Students' Association in Various Universities and Higher Learning institutions (AGSAUI) _JUBA,

We hope this message finds you well. As we approach the upcoming election cycle, we would like to formally declare the term limit of our association's officers and invite interested members to submit their nominations and to start their campaign process for the upcoming election.

As per our association's bylaws, the current officers, Chairperson and the rest of the executive members are completing their one (1) year term on date 6th July, 2025.

Therefore, the office encourage any interested member who wish to contest for Chairmanship to declare his/her candidacy as of today 16th June, 2025.

Announcement: Free School Uniforms and Exercise Books for Senior One Students

The administration of Dr. Justin Yac Memorial Secondary School in Turalei is excited to announce that all senior one students will receive school uniforms and 10 exercise books absolutely free of charge! This generous initiative is aimed at easing the financial burden on families in the community.
Joseph Yach Maming Madut, a representative of the school, has communicated that the only cost incurred by students is a nominal fee of 150,000 SSP for school expenses. RE: POSTPONEMENT OF THE GRADUATION CEREMONY.

This information serves to inform the Amuol Gemdit graduates and graduands, general assembly and the public that the Office of Amuol Gemdit Students' Association in Various Universities and Higher Learning Institutions (AGSAUI) in Juba has today on the 5th of April, 2025 postponed the graduation ceremony which was announced to be celebrated back home in Turalei.

The reasons for the postponement are as follows:
1. Failure to turn up for the meeting by the graduates and graduands when they are called.
2. Most of the graduates and graduands have not yet picked the registration form for the graduation ceremony.

Therefore, the office would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused by this message.
