Positions Available
We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
- *Cambridge Coordinator*

- *Staff Representative*

- *Heads of Sections (Primary & Secondary)*

Key Responsibilities

Cambridge Coordinator
- Oversee the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum across all sections.
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge assessment standards and protocols.
- Provide support and training for teachers in the Cambridge system.
- Utilize the School Support Hub effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
- Liaise with parents and stakeholders regarding the Cambridge program.

Staff Representative
- Act as a liaison between the staff and administration.
- Gather and communicate staff feedback and concerns.
- Organize staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Promote a positive working environment and collaborative culture.

Heads of Sections (Primary & Secondary)
- Lead and manage the respective sections to ensure high educational standards.
- Develop and implement section-specific strategies to enhance student achievement.
- Monitor teaching quality and provide support to teachers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders about section activities.

Qualifications
- A minimum of *two years of experience* in Cambridge systems.
- Proven knowledge of how to use the *School Support Hub*.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to upholding the values of Elmshaven Christian Academy.

*Qualifications:*

*For French Teacher:*
- Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Methodology.
- Proficiency in teaching French at various levels.
- Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning.

*For Geography/History Teacher:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, History, or a related field.
- Experience teaching Cambridge or other international curricula, such as the International Baccalaureate (IB).
- Strong knowledge of global historical contexts and geographical concepts.
