Ultimately, the best leader is the leader who get results.

And they do this by organizing, stabilizing, and motivating a team in order to get more out of them than they would be able to accomplish.

A broken heart 💔

How do I mend a broken heart?
My entire world has fallen apart.
How do I find hope in a brand new day,
when the one I love has gone away?
My mind overflows with memories of you,
of all that we've shared, all that we knew.
I long for your touch and your warm embrace,
the look in your eyes, the smile on your face.
My dreams are filled with your soft gentle kiss.
I wake and cry for all that I miss.
How do I mend a broken heart,
when my one true love and I are apart?
My heart knows to love only you, it won't let go, what do I do?
Our moments together were precious and few,
but I cherished them all more than you knew.
I love you, my angel, and always will.
I loved you then and I love you

2nd I tried so hard.

I tried so hard.
I tried my best.
I gave you my all,
And now there's nothing left.

You stole my heart
Then tore it in two.
Now I'm falling apart
And don't know what to do.

Divided by decisions,
Burned by the fire,
Confused by your words,
Tempted by desire.

I'm living in the present.
My mind is on the past.
Not knowing what I'll lose,
Not knowing what will last.

Blinded by fear,
Drowning in doubt,
Struggling to be free,
Looking for a way out.

One of the best things I have learned.
Is everyone not supposed to be for you
Every person is not supposed to like you
You can't reach your destiny with out opposition
With out negative chatter
With out the critics

Joseph would have never taken the throne
With out his brothers thrown him into a pit
David would have never become king with out Goliath
Jesus would have never risen from death and brought us salvation with out Judas betraying him

Quit worrying about who isn't for you
Some enemies are designed as part of your destiny
Now keep running your race not looking to the left nor to the right.
Not bothered by who is not celebrating you,
Who's not cheering you on.
Your gift may seem small, but if you will develop it, it will open big doors.
You don't have to have a great gift, for God to use you in a great way!

Thanks.

DON'T CHANGE THE WORLD

Once upon a time, there was a king who ruled a prosperous country. One day, he went for a trip to some distant areas of his country. When he was back to his palace, he complained that his feet were very painful, because it was the first time that he went for such a long trip, and the road that he went through was very rough and stony. He then ordered his people to cover every road of the entire country with leather.

Definitely, this would need thousands of cows’ skin, and would cost a huge amount of money.

Then one of his wise servants dared himself to tell the king, “Why do you have to spend that unnecessary amount of money? Why don’t you just cut a little piece of leather to cover your feet?”

The king was surprised, but he later agreed to his suggestion, to make a “shoe” for himself.

There is actually a valuable lesson of life in this story: to make this world a happy place to live, you better change yourself - your heart; and not the world.

BUILDING YOUR HOUSE

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business to live a more leisurely life with his wife and enjoy his extended family. He would miss the paycheck each week, but he wanted to retire. They could get by.

The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go & asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but over time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

When the carpenter finished his work, his employer came to inspect the house. Then he handed the front-door key to the carpenter and said, "This is your house... my gift to you."

The carpenter was shocked!

What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.

So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then, with a shock, we realize we have to live in the house we have built. If we could do it over, we would do it much differently.

But, you cannot go back. You are the carpenter, and every day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Someone once said, “Life is a do-it-yourself project.” Your attitude, and the choices you make today, helps build the “house” you will live in tomorrow. Therefore, build wisely!

Leadership is not license to do less; It is a responsibility to do more.

Leadership is a responsibility to do more, to serve more, to help more, to teach more, to communicate more, to inspire more.....

As Adam Grand said "Bad leaders believe people work for them. Good leaders believe people work with them. Great leaders believe they work for people."

The best way to motivate your team is to inspire them by setting the path, be good example so they can emulate.

As a leader, a manager, a chief executive officer, your role is to take responsibility to lead from the front to set the example for your team.

LEADERSHIP IS ALWAYS ABOUT PEOPLE...

With out people there's no need for leaders.

As a leader you must know how to decode and understand every single individual who you meet.

Because the different between a manager and a leader is that a manager leads everyone in the same way.... Whereas, a leader lead everyone as an individual.

Leadership is hard work , it's tough because you have to put in a lot of effort when you're leading everyone individually connecting with each person on their level, rather than on mass as a manager would.

This is why there are few real leaders... and millions of managers.

It takes time to understand how to do this, to develop the skills, the '' human skills '' that are required...many start, few are chosen.

Did you know that there is a world shortage of leaders right now?

I mean real leaders...... Leaders who put people first, who understand people, who can see all the individuals in people who know how to connect at every level.

Industries, Business, and Countries are screaming out for real leaders....and the real leaders who step forward are very well rewarded.

But there is such a shortage right now.

As South Sudan youths Do we think we can fill that shortage?
