Rt. Rev. Alex Lodiong Sakor Bishop of the catholic Diocese of Yei today had announced to all OBs and OGs of St. Joseph Secondary School Lutaya that they are informed that there will be a meeting on 1 July 2023 henceforth if you are within Yei be prepare foe that day the venue will be Communication later.
The Bishop stress that he wanted the OBs and OGs to come out help in restoring St. Joseph Secondary School Lataya back.

*The chairperson welcomed the participant of the meeting who are the members of JOSAL to the meeting.
* He brief them about the progress of the constitional review, JOSAL constitution awaits only general assembly to pass it SK that it beckme the guiding principle of the association.
* The meeting was called for the executives but they did not turn over for the meeting which leads to cancelation of the general Assembly meeting which was suppose to pass the constitution.
* The Chairperson lamented over the poor response of the executives for meetings.

2. Ways of supporting Joseph Secondary School.
# There was long discussion on this which the members came with number of issues that are to be carried.
1. There is a need of accessement of the schools on what they are lacking like.
I) Texts books.
II) Number of students both Girls and Boys.
2. There were also suggestion of the following.
1. Buying sugar for teachers for their Tea.
2. Providing scholastic materials to the students
3. Provisions of sanitary pacts to Girls
4. Conducting of career guidain
5. Awareness of GVB
6. Awareness of HIV/ AIDS.

RESOLUTIONS

* The members recommend that to the accessment should be done and the Chairperson was tasked with the task of carrying the finding.
* They Recommend the provision of Text books 📚 📚 to the school.
* They Recommend career guidian to be carried out and should be a continuous process.
Finally they encourage mbers always to be ready for meetings and to response when ever they are call.
