The huge reconstituted government of R-ARCSS in Jonglei state - Bor threaten the public funds . Almost about 75 percent of the appointees in the new government accommodated in the hotels like Park-palace , Safari , Garden Resort , Coca cola, Dream hotel , Quality hotel ,South Sudan hotel ....etc . Some of these hotels demand more than $ 100 and other range less than as accommodation bills per a day . Among these appointees accommodated are executives ( Cabinet ) , some members of independent commission , Some proposed MPs , and other members of specialist committees . Jonglei state has been one of the States affected by the civil war , insecurity , and natural disasters like flood which recently displaced more than 400000 to neighbor states and beyond the bordering countries . Therefore if the government of Jonglei state have got a financial stability there 're most things we needs to be in place , leaving accommodating the government officials . As normal citizens , we need to see something about :
1) issue of insecurity
2) d**e construction
3) service delivery in education and health
4) supporting of cooperative to boost agricultural productions as rainy season is approaching
5) construction of local roads linking
6) improve the working conditions of the government workers ......etc if there are those funds to be use as accommodation . According to the Germany scholar ," issues of the day shouldn't be solve by mere words but can be solve by the actions". Yesterday the group of teachers in Jonglei state locked in the director general of Ministry of Education in the state Mr. Abel Manyuon Jok due to the alleged absence of their nine (9) months incentives . The sum of 19.65 million for about 273 secondary schools teachers were wired into the state account on March according to the undersecretary in the Ministry of general education and instruction . He further explained that Jonglei state is leading in accountability of these nine months incentives . The funds came as a support for the classroom teachers to maintain them in the schools as teaching became a dirty job in South Sudan . It's not the the first time for the government of Jonglei state to be accused of mismanaging the funds . Mr. Abel stayed in door for almost 6hrs before he was handed to police by the teachers committee at 6:30pm . After he was handed to the police , the chairperson of the teachers committee gave recommendations for the police to investigate as long he denied the allegations .
