TANA gives the youth at risk and those who left the school before getting their diploma a new alternative. So they van make a better future fir themselves and their families. Our courses are divided in two phases: a prevocational phase and a vocational phase. during the ten weeks of the prevocational the students get lecture in maths, dutch language, basic life skills,social skills, a workshop "ho
w to handle agression and anger", and communication. All these things are very important if you get an enployment. during these ten weeks every student have a mentor who guides them during the prevocational phase and give them the feedback they need. The vocational phase endures 28 weeks and is divided in an theoretical phase of 8 weeks and a practical phase of 20 weeks. During tihis 20 weeks the student are on internship at several factories, child daycares, etc. they get a fully skilled training at the intership places. The internship tutor visit them weekly at the internship for guidance and the progress of the student.One or two days every week they come also to TANA for more lesson and feedback from the teacher.
