Excited to announce that Blanchard Institute for Educational Development and Research N.V. has once again delivered our renowned Train the Trainer program to Heavy Construction Academy Suriname (HCA Suriname). Our comprehensive training focused on:

- Designing quality competency development programs (training)
- Aligning training to specific group needs
- Practical implementation with emphasis on pedagogical and didactical skills.

We had the pleasure of working with an exceptional group of trainers, who demonstrated outstanding dedication, motivation, and expertise.
The program covered crucial areas including (and more):
- Working at heights
- LOTOTO (Lock Out-Tag Out, Try Out)
- Fire prevention

Proud to contribute to the development of skilled trainers in the heavy equipment and safety industry. Looking forward to seeing the positive impact on workplace safety and efficiency.

Globally the need for a competent workforce is continuously emphasized.
At Blanchard Institute NV, we provide services which assist in the development and implementation of quality training, workshops and seminars to stimulate competency development at various private-, public institutions and organizations.

In the year 2021 we conducted a Train the Trainer Training to the organization Baitali Group Companies, located in Paramaribo Suriname.
We trained 18 managers within this company located in Paramaribo and Nickerie.

History of Blanchard Institute NV:
Blanchard Institute for Educational Development and Research NV (Blanchard Institute NV) was founded on the 9th of October 2020 by two sisters, namely Genevieve G. Blanchard (person on the left) and Abby-Gail S. Blanchard (person on the right).

Blanchard Institute NV emphasizes the importance of evidence based-decision-making.
One of the key Goals of Blanchard Institute NV, is to stimulate and improve the quality of research by providing the following services:
- how to conduct research training and workshops
- thesis writing workshops

These workshops were provided to the organization Theologisch Seminarie located in Paramaribo Suriname in the year2020-2021.
Equipping students with research competences by providing Research Method courses for educational institutions.

Students are actively engaged during the workshops and training sessions through the usage of interactive educational methods, namely flipped classroom.

Delivery: Face-2-face teaching (synchronous and online).
