Ma Cambihii $0.5 joogay baan $2 ku gadanaa?

Ganacsiga caalamiga ah (International Trade)
Waa iskaashi iyo wax isku badalasho badeeco iyo Adeeg iyadoo waddan walba la eegayo baahida waxa ka maqan isla markaana uu dhoofinayo waxa uu faa'iidada is barbar dhiga labada wadan ku leeyhy (Comparative Advantage).
Hadaba, maadama Ganacsigu caalamiga ah yahay isku badalashada badeeco ama adeeg waa maxay waxa somaliya u baahantahay in dhoofiso(Export)?
Waa maxay waxa soomaliya loo baahanyahay in soo dhoofsato( Import)?
Saan ognahay somalia waa waddamada ugu faqrisan aduunka, marka la eego isugaynta wax soo saarka gudaha ee sanadlaha ah ( Annual GDP), taas ka dhigtay in ay aad ugu tiirsanaato badeecada banaanka, xaddi ku siman 90% wax laso degto waana waxa keenaya waxa loo yaqaan khasaare gamacsi ( Trade Dificit).

Hadaba, aan ka jawaabno waa maxay waxa somalia u baahantahay in dhoofiso ama soo dhoofsato?
Somalia waa wadan qani ku ah noocyada kala duwan ee khayraadka barriga, badda, beeraha iyo macdanta dabiiciga ah taaso haddii wax badan laga soo saaro badinaysa wax soo saarka gudaha (Local Production) markaasna kor u qaadaysa wax dhoofinta banaanka (Foriegn Export), waana meelaha ay somaliya la rabo in ku takhasusto (Specialization) maadama ay ku leedahay faa'iidada is bar bardhiga aduunka.
Somalia waxay u baahantahay in ay kala kaashato waddamada ay uu kala dhexeeyo xiriirka ganacsi soo dhoofsasho aqoon ama khibrad ( Human capital) ka maqan oo ay uga faa'iidaysato wax soo saarka qaybaha aan kor kuso sheegnay lkn, uma baahna in ay soo dhoofsato isla badeecaddii wadanka taallay.
Dowladda doorkeedu waa ilaalinta iyo dhiirigalinta badeecada gudaha ( Encouraging of local products),iyadoo la yaraynayo qiimaha badeecada waddanka lagaso saaro si baahida( Demand) wax wax gadasho u bato loogana maarmo gadashada badeecada banaanka.
➡️Xagga tayada iyo dhadhanka dalaga beeraha somalia sida cambaha, mooska, liinta, qaraha waa kuwa ugu sarreeya marka loo fiirsho waddamada kale toos ay qayb waynka tahay cimilada iyo carro sanaanta waddankeena ( Soil fertility).

N/B, Somaliya halmar ayey u baahantahay in soo dhoofsato Cambe waana marka uu suuqu ku fashilmo ama dabooli waayo baahida bulshada ( Market Failure) waxaana muhiim ah in badeecadaas noqoto mid aad loogu baahanyahay islamarkaana lagu keeno qiimo jaban iyadoo la fiirinayo awoodda wax gadasho ee dadka ( Purchasing Power).

Qofka wuxuu kori karaa (aqoon ahaan) oo keli ah, marka uu aqbalo isbadel. Isbedel wuxuu ku imaan karaa in uu qofku waxbarto (new learning that brings about change in behaviour and attitude).

In qofku waxbartana waxay ku suuroobin in uu ka baxo "Comfort zone" oo qofku xanuun dareemo. Muruqa wuxuu koraa marka aad loo kala jiido oo uu dareemo "tension". Haddii aad ku celcelisid "exercise" lkn aadan muruqa xanuun ka dareemin, muruqu dhismi maayo.

Waxbarashada (new experience, new learning) waxay u baahan tahay in qofku xanuun u dareemo (due to change in behaviuor & attitude) oo ka baxo inta uu yaqaan (out of comfort zone).

5. A skills-based education system will not only benefit individuals, but also businesses, industries, and the economy as a whole.

6. We need a paradigm shift from a degree-focused education system only to one that focuses on developing practical skills and competencies.

7. Employers today are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

8. It's time to rethink our approach to education and prioritize the development of practical skills that can be applied in the real world.

9. Skills are the key to unlocking opportunities, driving innovation, and creating a brighter future for all.

10. In the modern workplace, success depends not on what degree you have only, but on what skills you bring to the table.

𝟏𝟐 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 "𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭".

1. Being productive today isn't about time management, it's about mind management.

2. Time management optimizes the resource of time. Mind management optimizes the resource of creative energy.

3. Not all hours are created equal: If you write for an hour a day, within a year you'll have a book. But you can't instead simply write for 365 hours straight, and get the same result.

4. The First Hour Rule is simply this: Spend the first hour of your day working on your most important project.

5. If you start your day working on the most important thing, there's less of a chance for other things to get in the way.

6. Sometimes your mind is better-suited to think creatively. Sometimes your mind is better-suited to think analytically.

7. The point of time is not to fill as much life as possible into a given unit of time. The point of time is to use time as a guide to living a fulfilling life.

8. A one-hour increase in average daily sleep raises productivity by more than a one-year increase in education.

9. When you randomly switch from one activity to another, your energy leaks...If you're doing that all the time, little of your energy is going toward traction.

10. A Harvard study found that the busier knowledge workers were, the less creative they were; this study found that as workers became more busy , they did less creative thinking activities such as; brainstorming. They reported fewer insights and their work was also rated as less creative by their colleagues .

11. Noise level can also affect your ability to think creatively...studies suggest that a background noise level of about seventy decibels is optimal for idea generation.

12. Things are not difficult to make; what is difficult is putting ourselves in the state of mind to make them.
