Probability ¦ Possibility Diagram ¦ Lecture 09
A possibility diagram (also called a sample space diagram) is a visual tool used in probability to systematically list all the possible outcomes of two (or sometimes more) independent events. It’s particularly useful when each outcome is equally likely.

EXAMPLES OF PROBABILITY OF AN EVENT¦ Lecture 08.
The probability of an event is a measure of the likelihood that it will occur, expressed as a number between (impossible) and (certain). Calculated by dividing the number of favorable outcomes by the total number of possible OUTCOMES.
Probability ¦ Probability of an event ¦Lecture 07
The probability of an event measures the likelihood of it occurring, represented as a value between 0 (impossible) and 1 (certain), or as a percentage. Calculated as the number of favorable outcomes divided by the total number of possible outcomes, it is expressed as a fraction, decimal, or percentage, denoted as P(A).
Probability ¦ Combinations ¦ Lecture 06
A combination in mathematics is a selection of items from a larger set where the order of selection does not matter. It determines the number of ways to choose a subset of items, distinct from permutations where order matters.
PERMUTATION WITH RESTRICTION ¦LECTURE 05.
Permutations with restrictions involve arranging objects while adhering to specific constraints, such as keeping items together, keeping them apart, or fixing their positions. Common techniques include treating grouped items as a single unit, using the gap method for separated items, or subtracting invalid arrangements from the TOTAL.
