Office of the Registrar - SIMAD University

The Office of the University Registrar proudly took part in a courtesy visit to Umma University in Kenya as part of the SIMAD University delegation.
The visit created an important platform to exchange perspectives on strengthening academic processes, improving registrar services, and advancing collaboration in higher education.

The University Registrar of SIMAD University, Dr. Husein Osman Abdullahi, participated in a two-day high-level leadership retreat at Chaka Ranch, Nyeri, Kenya, in preparation for implementing the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.

The retreat focused on strengthening leadership capacity to translate strategy into action. The Rector, Dr. Abdikarim Mohaidin, presented Vision 2030, emphasizing clear targets and institutional alignment.

The retreat concluded with a collective commitment to effective implementation of the Strategic Plan.
