Meeting of Department Directors at the Eastern Regions Center

A meeting of the Department Directors of the Eastern Regions Center of the Civil Service Institute (CSI) was held at the office of the Center Director.

The meeting focused on the ongoing activities and priorities of the Center, particularly those requiring accelerated action. Special attention was given to the preparations and arrangements for the Institute’s graduation ceremony, which will be held in Burao this year. This will mark the first time that a graduation ceremony of this scale is held in the city.

The meeting also discussed the preparation and completion of the Institute’s outstanding reports. The Deputy Director of the Center encouraged all Department Directors to complete their respective reports and assigned tasks efficiently and within the required timelines.

The Center Director, for his part, encouraged the Department Directors to accelerate the ongoing work and strengthen teamwork, coordination, and collaboration. He emphasized the importance of working collectively to further improve and enhance the good work being carried out at the Eastern Regions Center of the Civil Service Institute.

Kulanka ayaa lagu soo bandhigay laguna kala qaatay xogihii ugu dambeeyay ee la xidhiidhay qabanqaabada iyo diyaargarowga xafladda, iyadoo la isla eegay hawlaha u baahan in la dhammaystiro ka hor maalinta xafladda.

Agaasimaha Xarunta ayaa si gaar ah ugu dheeraaday muhiimadda ay leedahay in dhammaan shaqaaluhu si wadajir ah uga wada shaqeeyaan hawlaha shaqo ee taagan. Waxa uu ku boorriyey shaqaalaha in la xoojiyo wadashaqaynta iyo isku xidhnaanta, si ay xafladdu si habsami leh oo qurux badan ugu qabsoonto.

Final Preparatory Meeting for This Year’s Graduation Ceremony

The management of the Eastern Regions Center of the Civil Service Institute (CSI) held a meeting with all staff members of the Burao Center as the final preparatory meeting for this year’s graduation ceremony, which will be held in Burao.

During the meeting, the latest updates regarding the organization and preparations for the ceremony were shared, while the team reviewed the remaining tasks that need to be completed ahead of the graduation day.

The Center Director particularly emphasized the importance of all staff working together in a coordinated and collaborative manner to complete the outstanding tasks. He encouraged staff to strengthen teamwork and coordination to ensure that the graduation ceremony is conducted smoothly, successfully, and in a well-organized manner.

The Civil Service Institute (CSI) is proud to host SPACER 2026 — the first Somaliland Public Administration Conference on Excellence and Research, through its Department of Research and Knowledge Management. The conference provides a national platform for researchers, policymakers, civil servants, academics, postgraduate students, and policy practitioners to share evidence, exchange ideas, and contribute to public-sector reform and national development.
SPACER 2026 will bring together senior government officials, researchers, academics, private-sector leaders, civil society, and development partners for two days of evidence-based dialogue on public administration, governance, innovation, and development.

Administrative efficiency, policy reform, regulatory simplification, digital tools, and evidence-informed policymaking.

Kulanka ayaa diiradda lagu saaray qorshayaasha cusub ee Mac’hadku hirgelinayo, kuwaas oo ay ka mid yihiin kor u qaadidda tayada waxbarashada, xoojinta joogitaanka ardayda, u diyaar garowga bilowga casharrada, iyo saxeexidda heshiisyada cusub ee macallimiinta.

Qodobadan waxaa si wadajir ah u soo bandhigay Agaasime Ku xigeenka xarunta, Agaasimaha Waxbarashada, iyo Agaasimaha Waaxda Cududda Shaqaalaha iyagoo faahfaahin ka bixiyey qorshayaashan iyo doorka macallimiinta ee hirgelintooda.

Gabagabadii kulanka, Agaasimaha Xarunta ayaa soo xidhay shirka, isaga oo uga mahadceliyey macallimiinta dedaalka iyo shaqada wanaagsan ee ay ka hayaan xarunta. Waxa uu sidoo kale ku boorriyey inay si firfircoon uga qayb qaataan munaasabadda weyn ee qalin jabinta ee Machadka Shaqaalaha Dawladdu sanadkan ku qaban doono magaalada Burco.

Today, the Eastern Regions Center of the Civil Service Institute (CSI) held a meeting that brought together the Center’s lecturers and senior management.

The meeting focused on the Institute’s new strategic initiatives, including enhancing the quality of education, strengthening student attendance, preparing for the commencement of the new academic block, and signing new contracts with lecturers.

These initiatives were jointly presented by the Deputy Director of the Center, the Director of Education, and the Director of Human Resources, who provided detailed briefings on the planned activities and highlighted the important role of lecturers in their successful implementation.

In his closing remarks, the Director of the Center expressed his appreciation for the lecturers’ dedication, professionalism, and valuable contribution to the Institute. He also encouraged them to actively participate in the Institute’s major graduation ceremony, which will be held this year in Burao.
