The preparation is nearly complete, and the doors are almost open! We are proud to share that on September 22nd, the Farid Foundation finalized preparations to launch a FREE school in the Beerjiroon IDPs area.

This project will provide essential reading and writing skills to children who need it most. And now, the most important part begins!

Student registration starts TOMORROW, September 23rd, 2025! Our goal is to enroll and empower 300 children in this first year.

Exciting News for Dooy School Students!

We are delighted to announce that Dooy School students will soon receive a valuable collection of books designed to enhance their Islamic knowledge, language skills, and overall intellectual and creative development. These books have been generously donated by our Türkiye brothers, who have consistently supported Somali people through numerous beneficial projects across Somalia.

Additionally, Fariid Education Foundation is preparing to launch a new initiative: the establishment of a school in Beerjiroon IDPs area, where educational resources are urgently needed. This school will provide Kur'an education alongside other essential subjects, offering hope and opportunity to the community.

On 2 to 4, December, 2023, Fariid Education Foundation carried out renovation and construction work at Dooy School. On 12, December, 2023, Fariid Education Foundation provided electricity service to Dooy School.

On December 15, 2023, Fariid Education Foundation delivered a speaker and microphone to Dooy School.

On 03 October 2023, Fariid Education Foundation has delivered some primary curriculum books to Dooy school.

On 10 September 2023, Fariid Education Foundation has delivered some balls and pencils to Dooy school.

On 28 August 2023, Fariid Education Foundation has delivered colour chalks, rulers, registration books, stapler and staples to Dooy school.

On 09 July, 2023, Fariid Education Foundation has delivered some chairs, tables and a blackboard to Dooy school.

On 07-June-2023, Fariid Education Foundation delivered a chair, a pvc carpet and a bucket to Dooy School.
