🔴 Karen Kyazze, from Global MBA Program in Uganda (2023-2024), gives us some worthy tips on how to become a successful entrepreneur.
🛞 She is the CEO of Karenz creations, a company specializing in waste management through recycling and environmental conservation. Karen transforms car and motorbike tires into a wide range of interior and exterior décor items, including wall mirrors, wall hangings, chairs, stools, and innovative tables.
♻️ The enterprise has recycled over 1,000 tyres, preventing 547,500 kg of CO₂ emissions. Karenz Creations has also created both direct and indirect jobs and trained more than 100 women through a dedicated program.
