PRE TRAINING EVALUATION FOR EARLY GRADE TEACHER'S TRAINING.
PORT LOKO DISTRICT

OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING
1: Teachers know how to treat all children fairly, with a particular focus on gender responsive pedagogy.
2: Teachers know techniques for preventing inappropriate behaviour and dealing with any inappropriate behaviour fairly.
3: Teachers know how to make more effective use of time to ensure all children are engaged during whole class work and when they are working individually
4: Teachers know how to engage children through interactive teaching.
