JIBAO Keifala is a steadfast student leader, advocate, and community changemaker from Kailahun District. He is currently enrolled at the Eastern Technical University of Sierra Leone (ETU-SL) Kenema campus, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Guidance and Counseling, that has established him as an active and influential voice in student governance and advocacy, recognized for his strong commitment to student representation, community advocacy, and inclusive policy engagement. Through active involvement in distinct roles of students governance, he is currently serving as the Minister of Academic and Planning under the first ever female President of ETU-SL, madam Mariame Baimba Keita. He promotes transparency, accountability, and improved welfare for students. Beyond campus, JIBAO champions initiatives that advance child protection, women’s empowerment, gender equality & equity, and access to quality education.

On that backdrop, I am kindly pleading for your unwavering support towards this important award.
