Meet one of our esteemed speakers at this year’s AfPS.
Dr. Mohamed Bawoh, a respected pharmacologist and educator, currently serves as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS), University of Sierra Leone.
He is also a lecturer in the Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics within the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences at the same institution.
Dr Bawoh holds numerous memberships and leadership roles in various professional and academic bodies and he has participated in several high-profile research projects and clinical trials.
Dr. Bawoh serves on various boards and committees, contributing his expertise to the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare in Sierra Leone.
With an impressive academic background and extensive professional experience, Dr. Bawoh has made significant contributions to the fields of pharmacology and pharmacy education.

Dr. Sheku Mansaray, esteemed Regulatory Pharmacist and Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists, will deliver his insights at the 12th AfPS event in Sierra Leone.
Holding multiple degrees, including a Pharm.D from the University of Benin and an MSc in Pharmacology,
Dr. Mansaray serves as the Senior Regulatory Officer overseeing Marketing Authorization at the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone.
He is also an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacology at COMAHS, USL.
He can't wait to share his knowledge with you!

Dr. Abiri is a consultant pharmacist, pharmacologist, and entrepreneur, serving as the Head of Clinical Trials and Pharmacovigilance at the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone.
An active researcher who has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed journals and serves as a reviewer for leading scientific publications.
Dr. Abiri is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor and holds key roles in various health organizations.
