The Uniting to End Digital Violence against All Women and Girls campaign reminds us of the urgent need to both learn and unlearn social behaviors and norms—online and offline.

We must continue equipping girls with the skills to recognize early warning signs, set healthy boundaries, stay safe online, and know how and where to seek support.

We must also keep empowering women and girls to reject harmful, often normalized practices that limit their potential and undermine their well-being.

We are pleased to join the Community of Practice (COP) in this campaign, which is helping to educate girls in the Kabala–Koinadugu District about the dangers of digital and online violence, and its profound impact on their emotional health and social development.

Join us in Kabala from January 14th-16th for our 8th National annual Science and Leadership Festival in Kabala to learn more about our ‘Mindfulness and Empathy’ sessions that focuses on our actions and their impacts towards others online and offline.

Since 2017, SALBOT has made three similar donations to Project 1808—the parent organization of Koinadugu College in Kabala.
