Obituary Announcement.
InnaLillahiWaInnaIlaihiRaajioon.

The Supreme Islamic Council of the Republic of Sierra Leone wishes to announce, with deep sorrow and heartfelt belief in the desire and will of Allah, the sudden death of Sheikh Hassan Kamara, the National Organizing Secretary of the council today Wednesday 12th July 2023.

The burial arrangement will take place in his hometown in Tambaka, Kambia District tomorrow Thursday 13th July 2023.

Besides being a hardworking and dedicated National Organizing Secretary of the Council for so many years, the late brother was also a prominent Imam, Islamic preacher, Presenter of Islamic lectures and programs, community leader and peace advocate.

He will be remembered for his passionate love for Islam and his community.

We therefore pray to the almighty Allah to have mercy on him and grant him Aljannah.

We also want to convey our most sincere condolences and sympathy to his bereaved family and relatives and to the general membership of the council and entire Muslim community and the public as a whole.
