The Prophet ﷺ said:
"The deeds are presented on Monday and Thursday, and I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting."

It's a small act, but one the Prophet ﷺ himself held onto consistently. If you can, fast today. If you can't, make the intention for the next one.
