*NOTICE FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT*
We extend our warmest greetings to all of you. On behalf of the President, the Alumni Executive, and myself, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for your dedicated efforts in contributing and for taking time out of your busy schedules to attend the funeral. Your presence and support have been greatly appreciated.
The Alumni Executive, in collaboration with the Class of 2017 Representative, is actively engaged in discussions regarding the disbursement of funds raised by both groups. While numerous ideas are under consideration, we believe it is imperative to involve you, our valued alumni, in this decision-making process. After thorough deliberations, the Executive will present the ideas to the alumni membership for your valuable input and suggestions. Your perspectives will play a vital role in shaping the direction we take in this matter, and we look forward to your participation.
Additionally, we are excited to announce the dates and eligibility criteria for the General Nominations and Elections for the following Executive Positions:
PRESIDENTIAL - CLASS OF 2010-2015
SECRETARY - CLASS OF 2010-2020
FINANCIAL SECRETARY - CLASS OF 2010-2017
TREASURER - CLASS OF 2010-2017
The appointment of all other positions listed below will be at the discretion of the incoming President, who may select individuals from any graduating year:

To clarify the eligibility criteria for nominations and voting:
*FULLY PAID REGISTERED MEMBERS*: Each individual nomination/vote will be counted as 3 nominations/votes.
*PART PAYMENT REGISTERED MEMBERS*: Each individual nomination/vote will be counted as 2 nominations/votes.
*NON-MEMBERS*: Each individual nomination/vote will be counted as 1 nomination/vote.
It is important to note that members in any of these categories must also be registered voters to cast their votes.
The schedule for the upcoming events is as follows:
WALK/HANGOUT: November 25, 2023
GENERAL NOMINATIONS: November 27, 2023, to December 3, 2023.
CLASS REPRESENTATIVES ELECTION: January 5, 2024, (CLASS OF 2010-2021). Each class should conduct this election themselves and present their representative by January 13, 2024, to the new executive.
GENERAL ELECTIONS: January 6, 2024, starting at 12:00 pm and concluding at 5:00 pm. The results will be announced immediately following the conclusion of the general elections.
The appointment of the Chief Electoral Commissioner will be announced in due course, and we kindly request that alumni members remain open to potential date adjustments, as deemed necessary by the Chief Electoral Commissioner.
