Afriqia HR Solutions is supporting Changan Auto SL in recruiting a highly skilled and hands-on Automotive Mechanic to lead after-sales service operations and support vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.

This role is ideal for a technically strong and practical professional who can work independently, maintain high service standards, and contribute to building a reliable and efficient workshop operation.

The role focuses on:
• Vehicle Diagnosis, Repair, and Maintenance
• After-Sales Service Leadership
• Training and Capacity Building of Junior Mechanics
• Parts, Tools, and Warranty Support
• Customer and Field Support

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has at least 5 years’ experience as a senior auto mechanic, diagnostic technician, or workshop foreman
• Has experience working with Chinese vehicle brands (Changan experience is an advantage)
• Has strong knowledge of modern vehicles, including SUVs and pickup trucks
• Is skilled in vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, ECUs, and scan tools
• Can repair and maintain key vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.)
• Is reliable, practical, and able to work independently
• Is fluent in English
