Employers are urged to take immediate steps to ensure full compliance with the law. Non-compliance will attract the penalties prescribed by law.

WE ARE HIRING!!!!

We are looking for a MEDIA PRODUCTION OFFICER to join our team and support the organisation’s communication and visibility efforts.

The role will involve:
• Managing and creating content for the organisation’s social media platforms
• Photography and videography of programmes, activities and events
• Producing and editing videos and documentaries
• Creating graphics and other visual communication materials
• Managing and updating the organisation’s website
• Writing and developing communication materials, stories and programme updates

The successful candidate should have strong skills in media production, digital content creation, photography, videography, graphic design and communication, with an understanding of working with children and vulnerable young people.

We’re looking for an Education and Community Coordinator to join our team in Sierra Leone.

This is a role for someone who believes that protecting chimpanzees and forests also means working with people.

At Tacugama, education and community engagement are an important part of our conservation work. From environmental education in schools and nature clubs to working alongside rural communities, supporting sustainable livelihoods and strengthening the skills of our outreach team, this role brings you right into the heart of conservation in Sierra Leone.

We’re looking for someone with a relevant Master’s degree, experience in education or community-based programmes, strong organisational and communication skills, and, perhaps most importantly, the adaptability and curiosity to work in a very different environment.

It won’t be your average job.

But if you want to use your skills somewhere they can make a very real difference, this might just be the adventure you’ve been looking for. 💚

AMI Expeditionary Healthcare, LLC is hiring a General Practitioner for a full-time position in Freetown, Sierra Leone! This opening is ideal for full-time job seekers.

Duties include:
• Conducting routine check-ups, physical exams, and prescribing medications for various illnesses.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, managing chronic diseases, and providing preventive care.
• Educating patients on health management and addressing mental health needs.
• Performing minor surgeries, following up on patient progress, and coordinating with specialists.
• Ensuring patient confidentiality and participating in community health initiatives.

The General Practitioner (GP) shall provide consultations for patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, offering preventive care, and referring patients to specialists as needed while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
