Gentlemen,

Good afternoon to you all.

I stand before you today with a heart full of gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility as I accept the role of President of the Albert Academy Alumni Association – IPAM Chapter. It is indeed a great honor to serve this esteemed association and contribute to the legacy of excellence that the Albert Academy represents.

First and foremost, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the outgoing executive for their dedicated service and tireless efforts in keeping this chapter active and impactful. Your commitment has laid a solid foundation, and we owe you a debt of gratitude.

To my fellow executive members and all alumni present, I recognize that leadership is not about one individual but about collective effort. Together, we must continue to foster unity, professional growth, and meaningful engagement among alumni while also supporting our beloved alma mater, the Albert Academy.

In the coming months, our focus will be on:

1. Strengthening Alumni Networks – Enhancing communication and engagement among members through digital platforms and regular events.

2. Capacity Building & Mentorship – Creating opportunities for professional development and mentorship between senior and younger alumni.

3. Community Impact & Giving Back – Initiating projects that support both the Albert Academy and the IPAM student community.

4. Friendly match between Alumni team - come cheer and reconnect

5. Jersey - for the Alumni Association Ipam chapter university

6. Alumni Dinner - we encourage all Alumni to participate and make these events memorable.Let uniite, celebrate, and strengthen our Alumni network

I call on each of you to actively participate in making our association stronger. Your ideas, contributions, and involvement will be key to our success.

Yes, being a police officer can indeed be seen as a calling from God. It requires a strong sense of duty, compassion, and the willingness to serve and protect others, often in challenging and dangerous situations. This vocation aligns with values such as justice, integrity, and selflessness, which are deeply rooted in faith and a commitment to the well-being of the community. Many officers draw strength and guidance from their faith to uphold these responsibilities with honor and courage.
