Model United Nations (MUN) is a simulation of the United Nations where participants, often students, role-play as delegates representing different countries. They engage in discussions and debates on various global issues, aiming to find diplomatic solutions. MUN conferences follow UN procedures and provide a platform for participants to enhance their understanding of international relations, diplomacy, and critical thinking skills.

It was a pivotal moment at the multipurpose hall of Fourah Bay College, where SIMUN was highly recognized by the United State Embassy to grace the arrival of the US Ambassador to the United Nations in Sierra Leone.

Gracing the event were distinguished guests including the Minister of Children and Gender Affairs, Her Worship the Mayor, and Dr. Isata, a professional civil engineer. Their inspiring stories captivated the audience in the Four Corners Building, providing a powerful motivation for many girls, instilling the belief that no achievement is too big, regardless of gender.

At SIMUN, we are committed to tirelessly advancing our vision, aligning with the national development goals of Sierra Leone, our beloved nation.
