College background
[Peevic Aviation and Management Academy (PAMA-SL) an offspring from Peevic Enterprise that was established in July 2001 as a result of both needs assessment and expressed by some community stakeholders and after a clarion call to action has been heard by some concerned/patriotic Sierra Leoneans in order to help develop people especially the youth and women help themselves, and poverty stricken rural communities of Sierra Leone. It is an educational and career development institution aimed at providing quality education and occupational skills training opportunities to develop talents towards positive attitude of individuals especially youth (male and female), so that they will become self-confident, capable and committed to setting goals, making informed choices and acting in rational ways that will help improve their own lives, the condition and status of their families and also contribute meaningfully to the development of their communities. (MEST), Ministry of Agriculture, forestry and Food Security (MAFFS), Social Welfare. Gender and Children’s affairs, (MSWGCA), and other National and International Organizations that support and promote educational advancement programmes that encompasses the middle level man power. Over the past 20 years, 2001-2019, PEEVIC has established strategic partnership and have received funding from UNIDP, the Sierra Leone Red Cross Society and other International as well as National organizations in collaborating with Government line Ministries, to implement the following sector programmes;
• Education
• Agriculture

Over the past twenty years, PEEVIC has provided Education, Agricultural, Women Empowerment/ youth activities and other social services that promotes community development with focus on vulnerable children and Women. PEEVIC has acquired wealth of experience in working with community structures, Middle level man power development and has a pull of staff with the requisite qualifications and experience to meet the required donor and government specific standards. PEEVIC has the capacity to operate in the Southern part of Sierra Leone as the Organization has office established in Bo as its Headquarters. PEEVIC has a Board of Directors at the helm of the organization’s hierarchy, a Programme Coordinator and Project Officer that are responsible for overall management of the organization, and a team of qualified and experienced Programming, Administrative and Finance staff that oversees the administration, financial management and operations of the organization. PEEVIC also maintains a reasonable number of experienced and committed field staff in field offices who work collectively in the different operational areas within the country (Bo and Moyamba) who play similar role in Planning and implementation of related project activities. Team Work and quality assurance serve as core elements of our operations and this encourage integration, collaboration and coordination among the different sectors; managers, supervisors and field staff, as deem necessary. PEEVIC has field offices in the different operational areas within the country (Bo Districts) while for now retaining its Headquarters in Bo
