Two projects of Industry Innovation Cluster (IIC) were launched today, on Friday January 18th.
The first was the kick-off of the working group Smart City&Mobility.
The second kick-off concern preparation for MatchMaking III, which we are planning for the month of April 2019.
All details are going to be uncovered gradually in coming weeks.
We look forward to all innovative meetings with you in New Year 2019.

We just started the second Match making. There are representatives of large companies - cluster founders, innovation companies and students both from universities and from secondary schools.

Already the third Internal Sharing of Industry Innovation Cluster (IIC) was held this week at the premises of Groupe PSA Slovakia in Trnava.

Together with the representatives of the founding companies, representatives of The Deputy Prime Minister’s Office for Investments and Informatization of the Slovak Republic, the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava participated on this event.

As part of working visit of all production unites of carmaker Groupe PSA in Trnava, specific innovation projects were identified and presented.

Summer evening (last Tuesday) organised by Industry Innovation Cluster (IIC). It was informal but effective and working session represented by board members and lead innovation managers and university representatives.

In pleasant atmosphere in centre of Bratislava, we get a brief about capacity of European funds. We presented and debated our upcoming activities and projects. Matchmaking event making connections between innovation providers, start-ups and universities and the Innovation Cluster members planned for 30th of October. All details are “coming soon” :-)

Excellent occasion to strengthen our aim to make Slovakia more innovative and competitive.

President of the Slovak Republic Mr. Andrej Kiska was the main figure of the official inauguration of the Industrial Innovation Cluster (IIC). The event took place 13th of June 2017 in the center of Bratislava. His Excellency Mr. Christophe Léonzi. Ambassador of France to Slovakia was present. Nine key companies operating in Slovakia created IIC.

The official start of the IIC was on June 9 in Trnava at the premises of carmaker Groupe PSA Slovakia, where eight other companies met: ZSSK, HB Reavis, Veolia, Gefco, Faurecia, Plastic Omnium, Orange Slovensko, a.s. and Slovak Lines and, under the auspices of the Franco-Slovak Chamber of Commerce, signed a Cluster Memorandum.

IIC wants to be an accelerator for innovation in Slovak industry. It has an aim to bring together companies that are leaders in the Slovak industry and want to shift Slovakia into higher competitiveness and innovation.

Tuesday, May 29, 2018, Internal sharing of Industry Innovation Cluster (IIC) in Plastic Omnium production and R&D center in Lozorno. There were more than 20 representants of member of IIC and Ministry of Economy together to share experiences about how to increase innovation activities in Slovakia.

R&D center and factory tour was included for participants.
