Cultural Bridge

Cultural Bridge Welcome to Cultural Bridge! On this page you will find interesting articles, videos, opinions about cross cultural cooperation.

Cultural Bridge is first in bringing the concept of cultural intelligence (CQ) to Slovakia and even to Central and Eastern Europe. Cultural intelligence reveals our capability to work effectively not in one specific culture but across various cultures. The only academically validated measurement of CQ predicts what the chances are to manage a cross-cultural situation with success. It also shows in which particular area we need to help the specific individual. No matter if it is about low motivation and interest in intercultural experience, lack of knowledge about the norms and values shaping the mindset and behavior of people coming from a specific culture, uncertainty in preparation for the encounter with another culture or inability to adapt the verbal and non verbal expressions to the concrete culture, at Cultural Bridge we help to increase the level of cultural intelligence through our development programs and we increase the chance of an individual to succeed in a cross-cultural context.
