We are an international, English speaking kindergarten, providing a whole and authentic Montessori experience for every child. Our rich, academic environment inspires creativity, nurtures a love of learning, promotes respect and fosters growth and development at each child´s individual pace. We offer flexible schedules for families seeking part-time and full-time options for children from 2.5 through 6+ years of age. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Dear Friends,

NO week without a special event in The Children's House ! Last week we celebrated St. Patrick's Day...all of us dressed in green and once again we learned something new and had a fantastic day on top! We already look forward to our French Day, coming soon! Wishing you a good start of the week.

tak ako je tomu každý týždeň ani ten minulý neostal výnimkou a v našej škôlke sme mali ďalšiu skvelú akciu a to oslavu dňa sv. Patrika. Bol to veľmi náučný no zároveň kreatívny deň plný nových zážitkov
Najbližšie nás čaká Francúzsky deň, už teraz sa tešíme!

We have a successful ice skating course behind us filled with lots of fun, new adventures and refinement of our gross motor skills. Who says it is impossible to learn to skate in only one week? 💪🧡🏡

Máme za sebou úspešný kurz korčuľovania, plný zábavy, nových dobrodružstiev a vylepšenia našich motorických zručností. Kto povedal, že je nemožné naučiť sa korčuľovať len za jeden týždeň? 💪🏡🧡

Dear Friends, 🏡🧡
we have had another special day in the kindergarten this week.
🥞😋 Pancake Day, as the Christian Shrove Tuesday is commonly called in the UK. Similarly to many different cultures, this day reflects the practice of the last day of eating richer, fatty foods - pancakes, before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season starts.
Next to the history behind the celebration we enjoyed a wonderful presentation about the UK, its geographical position in Europe, what are the countries that make up the UK, the queen, the palace where she lives, the traditional British guards, double deckers, the English traditional food, dresses...
To conclude the morning with, all children could fill their own pancakes in the traditional English way, with sugar and lemon. You can guess how the children liked their pancakes 👶👧🤩

tento týždeň sme mali ďalší výnimočný deň.
🥞😋 Deň palaciniek (Pancake Day), ako sa v Spojenom Kráľovstve bežne nazýva Fašiangový utorok. Podobne ako v mnohých iných kultúrach tento deň odzrkadľuje prax posledného dňa konzumovania bohatších, mastných potravín - palaciniek predtým, než začne rituálne pôstne obdobie.
Okrem príbehu spojenom so samotnou oslavou sme si užili úžasnú prezentáciu o Spojenom Kráľovstve, jeho geografickej polohe v Európe, o tom, ako sa nazývajú krajiny, ktoré ho tvoria, o kráľovnej, o paláci, kde žije, o tradičných britských strážcov, o tradičných poschodových autobusoch, jedlách, oblečení...
Na záver, každý si mohol naplniť vlastnú palacinku tradičným anglickým spôsobom, s cukrom a citrónom. Ako deťom palacinky chutili ...? Skúste uhádnuť 👶👧🤩

Our day was filled with lots of laughter, wonderful costumes and unforgottable dance party! 😅💃👻

Dear friends,
we had a wonderful day yesterday!
This week we have started with our Asia study.
Our guests provided us with valuable first hand experience related to Lunar New Year. Our teacher explained us how and when is it celebrated, how Korean people get prepared for this very important family event, what is the status of the old generation within the family, what is the traditional food in Korea, how the Korean flag looks like and what is the meaning of its symbols.
Awesome event! 

Drahí priatelia,
včera sme mali opäť krásny deň!
Tento týždeň sme sa začali venovať ďalšiemu
kontinentu-Ázii.
Naši hostia nám poskytli cenné informácie súvisiace s oslavou Lunárneho nového roka a s asistovaním našej pani učiteľky nám porozprávali, ako a kedy sa Lunárny nový rok sa oslavuje, ako sa kórejskí ľudia pripravujú na túto veľmi dôležitú rodinnú udalosť, aký a ako kórejský ľudia prejavujú rešpekt staršej generácii v rodine, aké sú tradičné potraviny, ako vyzerá kórejská vlajka a aký význam majú jej symboly.
Úžasná akcia! 
