On 8 September 2026, the Bratislava University of Economics and Business and Economind hosted the EDSAW Dissemination Workshop in Bratislava.
The event brought together project partners, experts and stakeholders to present and discuss the main results of EDSAW – Enhancing Digital and Soft Skills for an Ageing Workforce:
• an international analysis of the learning needs of workers aged 50+;
• a training package comprising eight courses in digital and soft skills;
• experience and feedback from the pilot implementation;
• the EverLearning online learning platform;
• a methodology for Local Learning Centres and Innovative Learning Spaces;
• policy recommendations for strengthening adult learning and the employability of older workers.
The workshop provided a valuable opportunity to discuss how these results can be used by educational institutions, employers, public authorities and community organisations. Particular attention was paid to the sustainability of the project outputs and to combining accessible online learning with locally available personal support.
Thank you to all speakers and participants for their contributions, practical insights and commitment to making lifelong learning more inclusive and accessible.
