We are proud to celebrate a special moment for Knowledge Club Slovakia.

In the Cisco 2026 Instructor Awards, our instructors were recognized with three outstanding achievements:

Dmytro Benda — Instructor Excellence Award 2026 in Collaboration
Daniil Kirillov — Instructor Excellence Award 2026 in Datacenter
Daniil Kirillov — Instructor Distinguished Award 2026

These recognitions make this achievement especially meaningful for our team. We are proud to see Knowledge Club Slovakia represented among Cisco’s 2026 award winners and to celebrate the professionalism, expertise, and dedication of our instructors.

Congratulations to Dmytro Benda and Daniil Kirillov on this well-deserved recognition.

Two Cisco dates to bookmark in early 2026 — and what they mean for your training plan:

1) January 25, 2026: Cisco 360 Partner Program launches.
Cisco has stated that the new Cisco 360 Partner Program goes live on January 25, 2026, and the current Cisco Partner Program will retire when 360 launches.

2) February 3, 2026: major updates to Cisco certifications.
Cisco is introducing changes to its certification portfolio on February 3, 2026 (positioned as “a new era” for Cisco certifications).

Also worth using right now: since August 28, 2025, you can earn Continuing Education (CE) credits by passing a Cisco certification exam, which can help you plan (or simplify) recertification.

As a Cisco Learning Partner, we’re aligning our guidance and training plans to these milestones so learners can choose the right path (certification, recertification, or role-based upskilling) with clear timelines.

🚀 Attention Webex Contact Center Partners!

Cisco introduces the Not For Resale (NFR) demo lab, replacing existing gold tenants as the designated partner lab environment. This environment is designed for demos and training, giving partners early access to advanced features of Webex Contact Center.

Key points:

- Access is available through Cisco 360 for partners who meet the minimum eligibility score (Value Index ≥ 1), which reflects a partner’s engagement, certifications, and alignment with Cisco programs.
- Signing the Channel Program Incentive Agreement (CPIA) is required.
- NFR demo lab includes at no cost: 10 premium concurrent agent licenses, 2 Webex AI Agent Units, and 2 Webex AI Assistant Units.
- Webex AI Expert Training is not required but recommended for full enablement.
- Existing gold tenants should transition to NFR; Cisco will no longer approve gold tenant renewals.
- Setup streamlines onboarding, simplifies ordering with the pre-approved discount framework, and allows flexible expansion of capabilities.

📌 Partners with existing gold tenants: disable auto-renewal and submit an A2Q form to transition.
📌 New partners: provision a subscription in a new or existing demo organization.

Detailed provisioning guidelines are available in the Webex Contact Center Partner Portal.

This NFR demo lab supports partners in demonstrating solutions, refining expertise, and showcasing new AI capabilities effectively.
