EducLocalFOOD project partners conducted a three-day meeting at Faculty of Arts in Slovenia to further develop modules for teaching local and sustainable food systems. When completed, modules will be available at educlocalfood.com
• SMALL MODULE (4 hours): Healthy, co-natural and local food through the characteristics of the traditional diet
• MEDIUM MODULE (15 hours): Analysis and management of food processing unit
• LARGE MODULE (30 hours): Preparing favorite meal with learning about the ingredients' origin

Between 3 and 5 December, an international meeting of the Erasmus + partners of the EducLocalFOOD project takes place in Maribor. The three-day meeting will be an opportunity to upgrade learning modules to teach local and sustainable food systems and to see examples of good practice. As part of the meeting, on Wednesday, December 4th, a presentation of the activities of the Biotechnical School Maribor and a press conference on food system education will be organized. You are invited.
