As the TRACE project reaches its successful conclusion, we are pleased to present a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of our newsletter dedicated to one of the project's most significant achievements: the TRACE Integrated Platform.

Developed through the collaboration of 28 partners across Europe, the TRACE Platform demonstrates how secure, interoperable and intelligent digital technologies can improve multimodal logistics coordination while enabling seamless collaboration between stakeholders.

Ob zaključevanju evropskega projekta 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄 je konzorcij predstavil integrirano digitalno platformo za učinkovitejše usklajevanje multimodalnih logističnih operacij. Platforma povezuje obstoječe logistične sisteme ter omogoča optimizacijo poti, varno izmenjavo podatkov in boljše usklajevanje logističnih operacij. Njeno delovanje je bilo preverjeno v različnih demonstracijah v Grčiji, Sloveniji in Italiji.

Raziskovalci Fakulteta za gradbeništvo, prometno inženirstvo in arhitekturo, so v projektu proučevali vedenjske in organizacijske vidike sodelovanja med ponudniki logističnih storitev, sodelovali pri slovenskem pilotu v območju BTC City Ljubljana ter pri vrednotenju rezultatov pilotnih demonstracij.

🎥 Ob zaključku projekta DANOVA NEXT predstavljamo tri kratke videoposnetke, ki prikazujejo pilotne aktivnosti in rešitve za izboljšanje dostopnosti v letalskem, pomorskem in mestnem javnem prometu.

Videi predstavljajo infrastrukturne izboljšave, digitalne rešitve, opremo za pomoč uporabnikom ter organizacijske ukrepe, s katerimi smo partnerji prispevali k bolj dostopnemu in vključujočemu javnemu prevozu za slepe in slabovidne osebe, gluhe in naglušne ter gibalno ovirane potnike.

Univerza v Mariboru je v projektu koordinirala tretji delovni paket, v okviru katerega je vodila in usklajevala pilotne aktivnosti partnerjev ter sodelovala pri načrtovanju, spremljanju in vrednotenju pilotnih rešitev za izboljšanje dostopnosti prometa.

📍🇮🇹 In , Italy, the pilot of the project is exploring integrated solutions to make smarter, greener and more coordinated within the extended Venezia district, one of the city’s most vibrant and sensitive urban areas.

👉🏻 Through a combination of regulatory, digital and infrastructure measures, the pilot is developing:
✔️ 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝘆𝘀 with IoT sensors and micro-hub functionalities;
✔️ An upgraded 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 for better management of urban freight flows;
✔️ An 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗧 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 encouraging sustainable delivery behaviours through “ecopoints";
✔️ A 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 to support cleaner and more efficient .

By combining technology, governance and stakeholder engagement, COMUNE DI LIVORNO is building a more sustainable approach to in Limited Traffic Zones and historic urban districts.

𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐢𝐧𝐳̌𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐯𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🚚🤖

Na 𝐃𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐢𝐧𝐳̌𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐯𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 je Fakulteta za gradbeništvo, prometno inženirstvo in arhitekturo predstavila projekt 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄 ter aktivnosti na področju razvoja inovativnih rešitev za trajnostno mestno logistiko.

Poseben poudarek smo namenili 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐮 𝐚𝐯𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐡 𝐝𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐧𝐢𝐡 𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐯, ki predstavljajo eno izmed obetavnih rešitev za učinkovitejšo in okolju prijaznejšo dostavo zadnjega kilometra. Obiskovalcem smo predstavili projekt ter velik potencial tovrstnih tehnologij za prihodnost mestne logistike.

🎯 The project has successfully concluded its participation in Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2026, one of Europe’s leading events for transport and mobility research and innovation.

📍🇭🇺 Over the past days in Budapest, MED COLOURS had the opportunity to present the project, exchange ideas with stakeholders and experts from across Europe, and discuss the future of sustainable and resilient in the Mediterranean area.

🙏🏻 We are especially grateful to ALICE, Alliance for Logistics Innovation through Collaboration in Europe (ETP LOGISTICS)) for hosting MED COLOURS at their stand and for their valuable support throughout the event.
