Time flies so fast! ⏳✨ Exactly 7️⃣ years ago, on this day, we were in the final preparations for the 1st to kick off. 🚀 We remember it as a cool and inspiring event, where we opened the floor to discuss an important topic: innovation in youth work. 💡🤝 Were you there with us at the 1st ❓ 💬 😍

📣 Attention, attention❗️📣 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬❓
We have launched a new Companion for navigating innovation and futures thinking in youth work - a reflective resource developed by the field, for the field. 🤩 🚀
Bringing together insights and guiding questions from learning cycles between 2018 and 2025, the Companion supports youth workers, organisations, trainers, facilitators, policy actors, and networks in opening dialogue, questioning assumptions, and exploring future directions for youth work. 😀 It is available both as a publication and as a set of interactive cards for group reflection and participatory sessions. 📚 🃏
Every journey into the future is better with a Companion. We hope you enjoy this one! Find the Companion here ➡️ https://www.eayw.net/companion/. 💪 😎
