British International Summer School Ljubljana

ith children from various parts of the world, from 7.30 to 15.30 each day, under the watchful eye of our highly experienced mentors. Children are not required to have high level English as our mentors are qualified ESL teachers and will encourage and help your child develop their English language skills throughout the week. This summer school is a perfect opportunity for your children to expand their knowledge of English the natural way, through total immersion. The program will focus on learning new skills, solving practical problems, developing thinking skills, and an abundance of physical activity. Each day will have its own topic:

Monday
Artful Antics: creating collage artpieces, fingerpainting, trick photography, art competition

Tuesday
Science and Inventions: science experiments, model building, making a »How-to video«

Wednesday
The Great Outdoors: nature walk with shelter building, orienteering, nature art

Thursday
Games Chaos: a variety of indoor/outdoor games and sports activities, whilst learning the importance of cooperation

Friday
If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen: camp cooking with a BISL style »beach« party.
