Dear library users,

we would like to let you know that from 1 September 2021 onwards, the library will be back open regular business hours. Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m.-16 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m.-17. p.m., and Fridays from 9. a.m.-14. p.m.

We kindly ask you to follow precautions in order to avoid COVID-19.

Your Library

With the month of June 2021, it will be possible to loan library materials also through the system of delivery boxes for independent collection of library materials 😊. The delivery boxes are located at the main entrance of the faculty.📚📖📚

The service will be intended primarily for users who cannot download the materials while the library is open. You will be able to pick up the material, that you have previously reserved via the COBISS system, 24 hours a day in the delivery box. In this case, you must inform us by e-mail [email protected] that you want to pick up the reserved material in the delivery box and add your mobile phone number.

When the library material is ready, we will send a message to your mobile phone number with instructions for downloading the material. You will be able to open the delivery box using the Direct4.me application (Direct4.me), downloaded to your phone, or by calling the phone number written in the SMS message.

Instructions for using the portal or Direct4.me app re listed on the delivery boxes, you can download the application to your mobile phone in Google Play or the App Store online store.

Senate of the Faculty of Public Administration has appointed vice-deans for the term of office from 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2025:

- vice dean for academic affairs: Tatjana Kozjek, PhD, assistant professor,
- vice dean for scientific research: Tina Jukić, PhD, assistant professor,
- vice dean for knowledge transfer: Jernej Buzeti, PhD, assistant professor.

Congratulations to the vice deans for the appointment and we wish successful work to the entire future dean’s Mirko Pečarič, Phd, full professor, management team.
