1. Arrive early & composed
10–15 minutes before is ideal. Show you value time and are reliable.
2. Dress the part

🎓 My Journey: From Cabin Crew to Interview Coach ✈️💼

If you told 20-something me that one day I’d help hundreds of people become cabin crew… I probably wouldn’t believe you.
But here I am — living my passion and helping others reach their dream.

👩‍✈️ I started my journey as a cabin crew, not knowing exactly what to expect. I was excited, nervous, and honestly a little overwhelmed.
🛫 I worked my way up to Cabin Supervisor at Emirates, flying across the world, managing diverse crews, and handling high-pressure situations every day.
💬 What I learned wasn’t just how to serve tea and smile — I learned leadership, safety procedures, conflict resolution, and how to shine under pressure.

Over the years, I noticed something:
✨ So many amazing people get rejected at interviews — not because they’re not good enough, but because they don’t know how to show it.

So I decided to help.
Today, I’m a full-time Cabin Crew Interview Coach, helping people just like you prepare for interviews, stand out in group tasks, and walk into the Open Day with confidence.

🤝 Whether you’re just starting or reapplying after a rejection — I’ve been there. And I know how to help you succeed.

📩 DM me if you’re ready to start your journey.
I’ve got you. 💪

💼 Why Airlines Reject Great Candidates (Even When They Seem Perfect)

You tick all the boxes—
✅ Great English
✅ Relevant experience
✅ A passion for travel
…But still no callback? ✈️

Here’s the truth: Airlines don’t just look for great candidates. They look for the right fit.
Swipe to learn the hidden reasons great applicants get rejected — and how to make sure it’s not you.👇

1️⃣ Lack of airline-specific knowledge – You didn’t research their values, uniform standards, or destinations.
2️⃣ Wrong energy in group tasks – Too passive or too dominant can both hurt your chances.
3️⃣ Over-practiced or robotic answers – They want authenticity, not a memorized script.
4️⃣ Poor non-verbal communication – Slouching, fidgeting, weak smile = big red flags.
5️⃣ No clear motivation – Saying “I love traveling” isn’t enough.
6️⃣ Unpolished grooming or photos – First impressions happen before you speak.
7️⃣ You just didn’t stand out enough. But I can help with that 😉

10 Things You Never Want to Do at a Cabin‑Crew Interview
1. Show up late (or too early).
Arriving more than 10 minutes late screams unreliability; barging in 40 minutes early can look anxious and inconvenient for recruiters.

2. Dress “almost” to standard.
Near‑perfect isn’t perfect: scuffed shoes, chipped nail polish, heavy perfume, or visible tattoos all break grooming rules most airlines enforce.

3. Forget your documents—or fumble with them.
Digging through a messy folder for your passport copy signals poor organisation. Keep every required paper in crisp order, ready to hand over instantly.

4. Overshare personal drama.
Recruiters want team‑focused professionals, not a soap‑opera rundown of ex‑bosses, break‑ups, or health issues.

5. Speak negatively about previous employers or airlines.
Even a tiny jab sounds unprofessional and suggests you might complain about them later on.

6. Ignore the non‑verbal checklist.
Slouching, folded arms, lack of eye contact or chewing gum can torpedo an otherwise great answer. Your body language is part of the assessment.

7. Wing it on airline knowledge.
Saying “I just love traveling” without knowing the company’s fleet, core values, or recent news shows zero preparation and minimal genuine interest.

8. Dominate (or hide) in group exercises.
Steam‑rolling teammates looks as bad as shrinking into silence. The sweet spot is balanced participation—listening, proposing, and supporting.

9. Give canned, cliché answers.
Recruiters hear “My weakness is perfectionism” daily. Replace generic scripts with specific stories that reflect your authentic experience.

10. Forget to close on a positive note.
Skipping a sincere thank‑you and a confident handshake (or culturally appropriate gesture) can make you blend into the crowd instead of leaving a memorable final impression.
