🎓 HALS Summer School 2026 in Koper

The face-to-face part of HALS Summer School 2026 has successfully concluded after a dynamic week of learning, practical activities and intercultural exchange at EMUNI University, Science and Research Centre Koper (ZRS Koper) and Heliopolis University

Ready to turn creative ideas into new opportunities?

On 15 September 2026 at 15:00 CEST, the Autumn CreaTech International Pitch Event will bring together promising start-ups from the Cultural and Creative Industries, investors, and innovation stakeholders for an international online pitching session.

💡 Participating teams will have 3 minutes to pitch their business idea, followed by a 2-minute Q&A with investors — an opportunity to receive professional feedback, make valuable connections, and showcase innovative ideas to an international audience.

🌍 HALS Summer School 2026 has officially begun at EMUNI University!

We are delighted to welcome students from Algeria 🇩🇿, Egypt 🇪🇬 , Morocco 🇲🇦 and Tunisia 🇹🇳 to Koper for a week of learning, movement and Euro-Mediterranean exchange.

The Healthy and Active Lifestyle (HALS) Summer School 2026 brings together students, academics and experts for an interdisciplinary programme combining lectures, hands-on workshops and experiential activities focused on healthy lifestyles, human performance, physical activity and wellbeing.

The programme opened at EMUNI University with a welcome by Prof. Dr. Rado Bohinc, President of EMUNI University, followed by the first academic sessions exploring contemporary kinesiology and the healthy lifestyle paradigm.

Throughout the week, participants will take part in activities ranging from human performance and nutrition to Nordic walking, water sports, digital and VR applications in health, and career and academic pathways.

On 15 September 2026 at 15:00 CEST, the Autumn CreaTech International Pitch Event will take place online, bringing together start-ups and investors from the Cultural and Creative Industries.
Start-up teams supported through the CreaTech project, as well as other interested teams, will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas, receive feedback and connect with investors.
