FEEDBACK: Majestic English Academy prides itself on giving each child a big chunk of our time through providing growth-producing feedback. Feedback is an incredibly powerful teaching tool. Each child will be shown what he or she has done well, not well, why, how and specifically what steps they have to take in order to continue making progress — step by step and carefully for every subject at every lesson. We don’t believe in rushing or in standard lessons to cater to full class. We want to share with our students the power of self adjustment and self assessment — very powerful life skills. MASTERY: Majestic English Academy will train and prepare its students to know what they are doing right and we will hold their hands as they develop mastery in that subject. We really want our students to have a range of skills through our teaching and learning. These skills will result in our students remaining current, relevant, having great aspirations, enjoying so much more satisfaction from their learning and doing well.
