Our MP Patrick Tay 郑德源 filed several Parliamentary Questions on important workplace and employment issues close to the hearts of workers, PMEs and their families.

A mother in our Pioneer Community shared a deeply personal challenge. Eager to re-enter the workforce to support her family's finances, she actively went for job interviews. However, without alternative care arrangements for her toddler, she struggled to secure an employment start date.

Team PAP Pioneer and MP Patrick Tay 郑德源 stepped in to assist, writing an appeal to help her secure a timely childcare placement closer to home.

Behind every appeal letter, phone call, and meeting is a real family looking for a breakthrough. The PAP team is committed to standing by our residents through life's practical challenges and ensuring that no one is left behind on their path to a better future. 💪❤️
